Here I specialize in looking at what's ahead and timings with and of it, this is totally different and in no way the same as Prasna which has some rules that are not logical to me, and basically *just don't have the experience in it* could be why. I could explain the muhurta in expansive detail including how to make the weaker one in parashara, work just as good as the full blown in kala, but on prasna only ever studied one lesson, and have forgot all from lack of use.

Ok also at the time the date's nakshatra, tara, and tithi were inauspacious, their activities involved breaking ground, vehicles, travels, homes, important persons, etc normally those are ok but were *negated mainly by the tara and inauspacious Chandra (Moon) bala or relationships to Moon's position repective others*.
However the Date's Nitya yoga was good, and the VTN yoga while not optimum useable and these are more important than the other in safety.
The yoga at the hour was negative, the moon also had an impulsive aries nature to it at the hour, the true Vara was Mars in those Gemini 5th areas for in the sudden thunderbolt stuff, and Venus ruled the tithi areas for travels, etc then.

Potentially a very big problem is that the nadika for 21:00 was bad, and anything of new venture initiated at such a time will meet up with anything from ill consequences in hinderences on up to the encounterings of very major problems!

From what I've observed on them, you can go with the nadika as a judgement itself in the areas it describes, as it always describes the *general nature of resulting actions, and events that occur then*.

I'll give you a better feel for the Nadika's as I use them exclusively so experienced there:
The Key is in the Initiation of new ventures in one's actions, if you are already engaged in just what is a normal routine be it at work or at home then usually no effect at all. However the second you make a major shift into a new activity then they can and will apply, and again most strongest when it's an original type of new venture you take in your actions.
If was just sitting around watching tv, etc then most often the scenes that come up will reflect the nature of the nadika at the moment. If you randomly (in theo) select a movie at that time, it too will have major scenes areas which match to the nadika time you selected the movie.
Also if your not doing anything that the rulers of the nadika take in at the time nothing will happen to you, the only exceptions is that someone or something external bring it to you, but your chart areas and dashas have to be lit up for the particular to happen then, so in most case nothing major.
These were mentioned as fairly special in class but about it, I had to put in my own studies of them considering the unmentioned of rulers, etc to establish their strengths and natures myself.

Very sorry to hear how it turned out for the family and everyone, but initially I don't look to the negatives in these and gave the information I thought best and needed.
It didn't look good of that chart initially as it had Mars and Ketu in the 5th Children's areas plus a Scorpio 10th for outer events. Scorpio also represents the deadly and watery or deep of depths stuff, etc, as said saw no need to jump in making any statements or conclusions due to that alone though. Made no judgement and proceeded as you saw.

Jupiter always includes big stuff (the dam) and anything relatively near the home would also be included, and by it's very nature Jupiter can take in things of some distance as well, so the proximity is correct.

I can't control how the Iching will answer in hexagrams it auto selects those which will best furnish the answer in terms of many ongoing events whose line stars will also match up with.

In this case it's working out that I don't need the prasna will slowly continue in timed areas for now, and eventually do the prasna as it will cover the same from another perspective altogether!
In fact that's exactly what a toss in the najia iching is aka the chinese version of a prasna, so already been doing one type that I'm very skilled with in the first place.

Days as I expect will have to do various small tests to verify any particular answer I select in it's questions process, starting with the Aruda itself.
Has convinced me to take the advanced classes on the prasna also in near future, then if good as said and with the already reliable najia iching should catch about any need that direction.
