Mars in those 4th areas Co or Sub Rules then the Physical Scorpio plus the Aries *6th* of Healths, Daily routines, Restuarants, Peacekeepings, Vandels, and Conflicts areas...

Applying Exact Conjunct to Saturn which Rules Capricorn 3rd Environments, Neighborings, Things Close By's, etc while Co-Ruling those 4th areas as well!...   

[That's some light advisory for those on the East Coast, the same Exact aspect will occur earlier in the sequential of 2 hr intervals for each DT zone west of us as far as the Aspect itself only, and would be of different hexagram pairs than ours!]...

That being on a Ding Hai Yin fire Pig date in a Geng Xu Yang metal Dog hour!...

Here I count that of Conjunct aka Eclipse type aspects as starting out, when the two or more planets are *all in the same sign*!...

That's when their effects begin, and continue until one planet in minimum enters another sign...

An aspect is a dynamic process of the planetary movements in angles over time!...

In that the hexagram pair derived from the peak of all it can be, actually applies over the whole range of time for a Conjunct when, and as long as they are in the same sign itself!...Just the intensity itself varies in thst period!...

We saw quite a match to it in the Oscars night 27th, that as in hr's s, and yo for California,  and hr's yo, and sh for East Coast both involved #36's Red 1st Km star Activities or areas which amongst other involves the heated, fiery, famed, etc of  Entertainments, entertainers, relaxations, amongst many other meanings!...

*Moon (public) was Strongly Conjunct Mars then*!...

So that was a Match for the Oscars, Will Smith, and Chris Rock in the undoubtably of a most public way in Outer events seen around the world then!...
