Referencing to obtainable books here, but would be relatively the same as presented by many others that of their courses teach the QMDJ in the presentations and materials that they supply their students as well...


Gives you the idea of the info's you can obtain from those charts, but as a system it is a little too bulky to be used in any frequency here, but for individuals, etc those do have a very wide range of in applications and uses and those concerning that of given situations, entities and or individuals involved or of them separately, and in that of questions of any type...

Only use QMDJ infrequently myself and it's mostly of dates alone, but since this was/is a very significant month compared to others this year, decided to post on NE's versus Our Solar month, and then after the protests surfaced of their intitial dates as well...

Add:

Didn't have a definite feeling or sense of an end to the protests itself, and there was an endless disputes mention in the texts regarding those of the Nov *9th, 10th*, 11th dates...Was that of fiery heaven's stems and of today's FS #9 influence *to boost the heated sides though*...

Don't support it and see it as counterproductive in just furthering the additional of the unhappiness and blockages which was/is shown for that of the NE sectors of *social* and political areas by the QMDJ equiv of our solar month itself...

Which in our case as an influence affects the rest of the country as well with some definite emphasis to it's W's and NW's sectors in that...Some of Central N's of other contexts and appear of more hidden underlying motivations there...

Hadn't done this type for quite some time and initially was hard to get a basic picture of what's being shown so couldn't express that as easily as could if there was an question or individual scenario involved...

At no fault, it *simply does takes some thought and time* to unravel what are the main themes and situations that the influences of and within a timed chart type of a given sector do and will represent...

That of the NE's which focused on, involved what is normally considered deadly but it being imprisoned by season had to translate to pretty much less than lethal terms though can't of dates be fully barred, and in that symbolically represented the current govt taking a death blow *in that of the election itself*, and that further generating a lot of initial unhappiness and disturbance of itself too...

That of dates within an equiv QMDJ period chart for a given period represent given sectors in them also, and *those quite accurately do match the news happenings of a given date's events itself!*...

Were/Are no references in any books for using the QMDJ as a Solar month type chart itself as the normal ones are for that of a date and hours within it...However made sense such could be used and at Lunar period levels as well...

In QMDJ had rolled dates and times per a chart for that of an items shipping and recieveings plus travel directions in that *a long time back*, but had never tried tracking events versus dates from one constructed for a solar or lunar period type before...

Today's in and of the *in theo* more elite, of high level people and org's doings, including those of dominent events in some other related countries in the news *had exact matches aka *that were very clearly pre indicated* by what the QMDJ equiv of Our Solar month shows for this date!*...

The most Dominent aka influential and specific of them is vis the hand chart I created for Our Solar month, but that of the specific Normal or Standard Yin Dun of 520 charts for Our Solar month also, *had it's own separate and exact matches* of mainly positive types with some ill components and in some of pasts vis news for this date as well...

Such can be done at the *year* and even of decade levels as well, alone itself, and then also in combine with that of the Bazi (Fourpillars) aka Zi Peng and XKDG and basic FS #'s as well, for the very powerful in that of informations pertinent to any frame...

Anyway another very positive use and app of the QMDJ in which it's also remarkably accurate! ...


If any think SE's doesn't have it's matches regarding the protest movement does, but of it like any others not going to say a thing...

Those who would want to know the more exacts will have to learn the QMDJ for themselves, nothing else could really convince another save they do that...

In that we don't have too see one specific event type repeat in some major way each time, we see the range of things which are included in a repeat and more importantly their context as plus or minus, from there we can take it to the fairly specific of what of the packages or many items will manifest as an event at that time!...

When you focus too specifically you miss the greater beauty and splendor of the whole and of *the many packages* comprising it...

Notice the Kan Outcomes hexagram tells you *it's not a great day type and may hold dangers as well*... *Then tomorrow we have the FS #5 Star in things too*...

Then of the almanac and other date selection methods including the Dong Gong is also just not a good day in terms of most activities, and of the QMDJ day start *is an Inauspacious type* and then of Our month all though things in news match when it comes to leaderships appointments or rather some controversies relative given appointments there's plus and minus too those also...

Had been a long time since plotted these charts, and did err in plotting the Doors themselves just used numbers alone when should have been palace numbers being counted back, but suspected something was out of kilter, when the negative Air base in Afghan came up, though were other unmentioned variables that most specifically matched it as well...

Changes my initial for the NE's more towards that to do with jobs, public servants, meeting those at tops, and in transports anything to do with water ways instead, but of other influences beyond the Door type aka activity types of in the environment at *Man's or the Human level*, was the External of an *clash encounter influence type* aka The Dog meets the Dragon applying, and still to all those areas, and same was very relative to or affecting the responses to the election results as well, and then in the obvious of some which had came up of it in protests then, and yet in much other since that influence type for the NE's applys for this whole solar month of the Yin earth Pig itself...

If prefer the normal 1080 chart was that of harms and hurt plus other mentioned of it there instead, but showed other main influences for the NE's to be of a much more positive type?...Latter is a bit questionable...

Had to rearrange the Doors one final time and is applied in the above date stuff here...

That of the Years book mentioned the Dun number was much different as mentioned, but somehow used the wrong table in the QMDJ book itself other night...

In consolation had I used the Years book with the very same Xun Shou table called 6 Honor Guards 3 Odds or Nobles patterns in the QMDJ book with the Dun number that the QMDJ book specified, then one ends up with the exact same chart as the other book's 1080 hour chart types!...

Corrects other had written as it's only when that of different Dun numbers are used that the charts come out much differently...Been awhile but that agrees with some prior had did quite some time back, and does make a great deal more sense that way, as it should...

Not to be confusing but due to different Dun numbers between the methods for the Solar month, the Years book and individual 1080 chart for this month is different than what is being used here...That of the correct 1080 chart has the deadly and other of that door type in the S's as mentioned...

The corrected of those for chart using has that of the deadly, etc in that of SE's instead!...

In some the normal 1080 charts are the most direct, and then other vis book using more indirect but it has held the deeper and more all encompassing views to an answer in any have done, etc and is also accurate in it's results too, so both Dun systems do turn out useful and are recommended here...

However the hand drawn of often different Dun # do indeed catch some of the main *that would be hidden other wise*, and those matches are both numerous and of very strong natured types...

That's one of the reasons why have preferred it...

The pre plotted do have their own included interpretations for each chart *which definitely be helpful in your initial learnings*...

However opposed to the canned views others provide find *it's far better to be able to interpret each palace for yourself* which allows for a very solid, flowing or the flexible and consistant views of each palace sector!...

Only the Jerry King QMDJ book directly in a dedicated way teaches you that!...

Since it's said in the Micro that a QMDJ chart can apply to any room in a home as well, made a check on that also:

When had in accident fell Oct 29th 2015 and hr wa then, looked up it's pre plotted date chart...

I had been sitting in the palace containing that same Dangers Door one which causes blockages and weakens one as well, and in what would be straight line had got up and moved traveled towards the SE *it's grave* then...

The Door in the SE's was  the Harms type then, and it being of metals was very inauspacious to and in that palace...

Then that of the Leader aka General plus a Destructive heavens star type there, were also of negative influences, so that regarding mishaps, accidents to include per that date of pre plotted book chart texts: That of a body covered of bruisings so painful down to the bone and marrow levels...

Had cracked several bone areas then though only shoulder was noteable but other of that or torn in hips legs areas plus bruised ribs then as well...That in turn set off other issues as well...

Was the *metals* of a Captains swivels chair involved that collided with in the fall then!...

[Wasn't a fall to a solid flat surface type, rather collided initially with two of it's outwards *separated and extended metal arms* near the floor where it's wheels are, as in hit hard and then bounced from that as in moving or rolling to the floor itself...Can't say was much of a bounce as a thud and freeze as left half body hit the metals and right half of body in likely hundrenths or thousendths of a second hit the floor...Was a delay before could roll, move off the metal itself, delay from that of which was intense pain and shock in the simul...

There's a bit more of the forces in play that were also unique to the fall itself, as when I sensed that I was falling I reached out to grab the arm of the swivel chair (the only thing in front of me) *it and I too in result spun as well*, so was that of a twist and certrifugal force in play in the fall as well...

In no way was it a direct fall to a flat surface type, was a quite angular type in that of a 1 - 2 punch form!...  

Then consider that I already had walking problems due to my back itself and you can better visulize the results of that fall which wasn't the first time in that or the year either...Used to be just the back that plagued me, but now includes the left hip on down with it, that no longer has good flexibilty in that of normal of everyday ranges of motion and in that of movements, most people have]...

On news itself looked for two things either the country palace of the sector they are located in, or that where *Tian Rui* which is said similar to ZWDS's Ju Men char was located...*Used Tian Rui which was in the Zen Easts palace then*...

On news subjects at that time:

That of hour date chart in it's Zen palace formation/combination was of a clash type for that of the external influences there, which was mainly *for that of fire related incidents of all types the major of state types to even include the reprehensible and unpatriotic of flag burnings as a subject too, and then of other areas it mentioned were related to negatives associated that of academic type areas then as well*...

Won't go into all the other palace connections active of it then, just matched *to the subjects in news* for that given hour...

In that were clear matches to both that of the pre plotted hour date type, and again also of similar form vis the hand drawn of Our Solar month chart too..Those of in news as *subjects not directions*, then matching the basic description given above for the Zen Easts palace shown at the time.

Since Monday the Ju (Dun) number was of the middle yuan and has been the same for both the date pre plotted and hand drawn types and is #8 yet for a couple more days, and then they  will divurge again...

Only of dates did possibly think of natural sides could be associated the tornadoes of last two days, but that's not a definate known, but is along same vein of *situations* where an exit aka leave the area needed or desired, that could include the fires in Tennessee and other, some of war areas, etc, and most of those too already do go with Our Solar month for the SE's as it is...It being Our's in main as I used the Solar timing for the US itself...

In general not really a good productive hour type as a Snake (e) *Break day type* since *date clashes* that of the Pig (h) month itself...

Looking at hr s only in the NE's at the moment and vis the hour date pre plotted shows both a wood aka y void there plus that of the Mobility aka Traveling horse also suggests some problems may occur in of some's travels there as well, and though most associated that palace in that hour itself positive, that of the Void causes problems plus the external influences vis the formation there indicates one should be watchful and careful not to make or take any major course of action or in that of their changes then, about sums it up...  

In side note vis news it was of *hr s* Sep 29th in NYC that the bag of Gold flakes was robbed and for that hour and NE's then it was very specific of texts that in that hour the robber aka thief comes out, guess he did huh?...They have QMDJ experts there too should they need...

Saw a new slant to the Dangers aka Deadly Door today that wouldn't have thought of until after it came up...

Maintaining privacy but had a visitor today and in small talk she mentioned that she might be out of country at some point in the ahead, with the reason being she was worried about her mother being well up there in age and she wanted to spend time with her while she could...

Obvious what she was concerned about and referring to, and in after she left had looked at that for hr w in today's and realized it was a subtle form of match to that Door...

Didn't mean that anything would happen at all, *only that it was as a subject area itself* that matches to that of the Door type...

That was/is one of the items that was in for hr w and this date w of S's or Li palace type areas itself, *so is auto an area of small natural focus in the date that comes up for some, amongst all the other active ongoings of the other palaces as well...

Problem there is the *Words used matter very, very much!*...

In that some in their re writings of character, etc descriptions *have improperly altered some to be more flowery or positive than the character really is!*...

They've strayed from the original chinese definitions of those characters when *they boost some to be more positive than they originally and really are!*...

Most know in pretty much any chinese area there (zwds a good example) there are a basic 3 types of character natures used in them for the most part and basically along these lines:

1. Good, positive, auspacious character types.

2. Bad, dark, negative, inauspacious or evil types.

3. Then those in between that can be neutral or of either a positive or negative character depending on conditions or other influences involved in their placement aka palace types and can also include those said to be medium to auspacious types also...

So when someone alters any, but let's say the #3 types and writes a given char there to be mainly of a positive type *they have in that totally altered it*, and many events in which that char was present will no longer accurately and correctly match in lots of instances!...

One easy example is that of Tian Chong: *He* or She *is not a nice swell guy*, in some few cases true *he*/she could be, but for sure in many or the bulk is not, *but you wouldn't know that by the definitions some other books give for it!*...

How about Tian  Ying often called a or the Hero, well he/she can certainly be that, but bear in mind has a lot of the Bad boy to immature character in him as well...

The *words* used in definition *are extremely important*, and find that of the *Jerry King* and Calvin Yap books have the most accurate and strongest matches to events themselves, they also tend to agree a lot as *it's they which stick closest to the original and intended chinese meanings*...  

That is *just one reason* why some say they can't predict with the QMDJ, and that is most likely because they are not using that of the closest to the original of chinese meanings in the first place...

Prediction and Forecast is that *in the general sense* is as to a direction (not physical) and nature (flavor) that a given thing, person, matter, or situation moves and inclines towards vis that of some specific applying influences involved at the time...

One can be very accurate in that type, however are also a lot of cases where you can further pin down given details barring you have the right char definitions for a much more specific prediction relative some area, situation, person or matter also...

[In QMDJ the latter highly depends on *the key words used* in the definitions of the Generals, Heavens Stars, Doors aside those used in that of the External influences vis stem combinations (formation, etc types) themselves...

In that vis our solar month and daily type events have found the *Jerry King*, and Calvin Yap definitions and key words to be the most accurate, period!]...


To do an accurate interpretation leading to a accurate general or specific prediction the definitions and key words in them must be accurate else the results won't be, period!...

Tells you why I'm so adamant in supporting that of the Jerry King's QMDJ book...

That doesn't mean the other books aren't highly useful, *they are* with many additional facts and areas they cover you wouldn't know without them, but when it comes to the definitions of the characters which reside in the Palaces some being too flowery (Old saying: All that glitters isn't gold), so won't always fly in terms of being accurate in lots of events, *so be careful there!*]...

If you get it, that's what many CEO's, Generals, Leaders, etc in major ways do at times in their jobs, roles themselves, and in the other of people the same at times in that of their own general affairs or conducts areas also...

In trackings today's pre plotted qmdj day start appears to match the day start of the global timed hexagram pair shown here quite well...

Something that have to start more closely observing as in prior hadn't looked to match very well, and then this may be a rarity or a fluke in it's, but does match today!...

One note it's of the pre plotted using Yin Dun #2 today, where as of hand drawn method would be a different chart and of Yin Dun #5 today instead...

Just using the pre plotted QMDJ's is mainly physical of *the Kun (Quen) Palace areas* for that of masses, etc in itself, and may with the FS #5 star be referring to that of weathers in our environments today...

One could further bond it to the Li palace, etc as well and of a Solar month type should, but skipping that and staying very brief in just the informative here...


For those who might like to give a try and look up, the Kun Palace of day start holds that of: 

Zhi Fu as the General, Then both Tian Qin and Rui as the Heaven's Star(s), and that of the Si Men Door for that of Dangers, etc...

Focus on the Door type, and or string their definitions together for a more complete and main picture...

The external influences to that palace vis stems combination of Wu/Wu...

Then today's GT pair above is the hexagram equivalent of it and more so the full chart for day start itself and that most here are already used to... 


Address one other thing here today, and that's of those who fear the QMDJ in terms of taoist black magic of sorcery intonations, forget that...

None of the books referred to here teach anything of that nature at all...You are fully safe in that!...

QMDJ itself is almost entirely to do with that of Strategies itself, and the Art of Strategy of which aim is to position anyone or thing in the right place at the right time and doing the right thing in which they can maximize that of the most positive results which can be obtained!...

Beyond that as you see here it can be used to find what is *the most main of informations relative prospective happenings and event types* that will come up in any palace aka sector of a given area be it global, country or on down to an individual room no less...

Here we've accurately used it at our Solar month and some individual date levels within it as well to tell us where both problematic and other event types would in the general be occurring at and at some particular timings within them as well...Beyond that have shown good results when instead of time per se we look at a chart in terms of a given subject instead...

Then as said when you have the correct or most accurate of the char definitions and key words in them to begin with, you can then also obtain very accurate answers to personal questions also as another one of it's major uses...


On the supernatural and of other books are only 1 or 2 which covers that of age old questions concerning ghosts, spirits, demons, etc and that in terms of predicting the particular types that may be present in some given palace aka location on given dates and their times, only a few would be interested in that and nothing beyond that of any supernatural areas are covered in any books that would be very disturbing to any at all!...

That other which some fear about praying or asking what some chinese refer and believe are dieties *is only taught within that of some certain so called exhorbitant costings master's courses and or their seminars associated them*, such is not in any books that have referred to here, *so is nothing to worry about of any buying books or of that in any mentioned here either*...

There are in charts auto references to that of ghosts or haunted land at times but not in any scary, shocking or ill sensed ways, more a matter of fact in their views, and that's not much different than what the Wwg would show were you to ask it a question on such, but again since not all people believe in them it's certainly not any big worry here!...

Any who learn from references mentioned will find through using that of it's strategies alone, there are a lot of things and areas where one can further improve the types of results they get in any given matter, as both an asset and benefit from just having learned the QMDJ itself...

 It's work but if any thought the QMDJ month or date charts were not to useful or had nothing significant to show you, this ought to clear up any doubts:


On that of the Li S's and Kun SW's those were both Voids in Our QMDJ Solar month chart *had prior noted that of the Li S's and Kun SW's palaces and directions were Void*...

A bit more subtle within it was that of precautions areas: Those to do with travels in that the Kun SW palace specifically were indicated, amongst other including things of business areas in some instances as well!... 

Then of matches we had that of Calif studios fire and maybe couple others prior...

That of the Business areas was not so subtle itself but was definitely indicated in the Void Kun SW palace of Our Solar month chart and specifically for day wa in that...News had reported the Fire had started late Friday night around 11:30pm which was the begin of day wa itself, and were things of both the destructive and fire elements involved of the Solar month and then that of other had indicated of the timing in day wa itself...

Found something that aides my own knee pain problems and in just info passing on:

Legs still have their problems and daily swellings issues yet, have to purposely force straight on stand up's etc sometimes very slowly on the latter as the knee pain in doing that is *quite excruciating*, and would reoccur any time tried to stand up day or night...

Made by luck a small breakthrough on the knee pain part as when went to px other day and on just a hunch only when saw them, picked up a small container of ginseng capsules...

Those are said to have about 11 different positive therapuetic effects and be a plus for the immune system, while it's not for everyone, for some people they are a great help in relieving different specific symptoms and are many articles on that...

Got a panax type as a purely px exchange generic version they sell, at the time didn't know if would be helpful or not for the knee pain, but had nothing to lose so decided to give it a try...

Last couple days same old on the wake up and initial sit and standup in that excruciating pain stuff, but as soon as took 1 capsule about 30 minutes afterwards could stand up with greatly reduced to no knee joint pain!...

So far hasn't interfered with any med's that normally take at all either...

Looks like can now do the daily legs excercise therapy, that hadn't been able to do for some time, plus compared to other products for that, it's less expensive as well at 100 capsules to a bottle...

A little leery of taking too much as found had in the tea drink at times too, probably not enough and the capsules are indeed easier, and will check out that called the Australian Dream *as an additive* since it's not oral but of a cream form could use at the same time...Like other first couple hours in mornings the worst use walker then as so easy to fall then...

After more than a year they finally look better the open leg burn deep lower right leg wound healed (has left an indentation), but the function and flexibility in standings and walkings and general movements, *is not at all norm anymore!*...

Main part of the QMDJ influences shown for the S, SW and then Connections to Centers areas with what appears separate of SE's Saturday all of those on their dates could surface in that of their directions in other Palace sectors as well...

Just gives some gists don't have the experience to gauge just how strong those influences were, just as in the Wwg *doesn't apply to all or even the bulk of peoples*, but are timing indicators* that some individuals or of given ill or dangerous groups will take those types of actions, is the sum of it...

Even of the great bulk *some* having tough days, moments of some involved relationships or issues with others, etc can have a temp dark moment in that of negative thinkings or comments to others in the norm under those dates or hours where are that of Outer negative influences at the time]...

Thats of *the informative of Time's view only*, and all that was being presented here which was mainly for the purpose of letting agencies and others as well know, one can track that most main for any sector vis time itself using the QMDJ...

*That's all I use of it at this time*, on it's many other areas involving questions and answers only beginning in those myself, so definitely could not take on or answer any others questions in those other areas in the present...


Most a bit different there as each question type or area uses specific indicators for representing the unique variables that are pertinent to the particular answer sought, some are not hard and of pre set procedures, but still one must have some experience under their belt, before just jumping out there and saying *this will be the result*!...

Anyway that's not the same as looking at an overall time or solar time view for that of activities versus dates as have been showing here...

So as said that on the QMDJ here has solely been for *Informative purposes only*, and showing others how they too can very economically but definitely of hard work, learn the QMDJ for themselves as well...

If you have an interest in a particular area it's up to you to learn and find those solutions, not me...

In the future expect to do more, but that time is not here yet, and their are others around from which you may be able to get some of the specific answers you may want...

Hadn't used for weathers itself either, and though it's what we call the begins of the winter season in these arts was surprised to see it begin here already in some of our North's areas, expect in time will learn that of it as well...

That of SW's Kun trigram and Centers *indirectly relates to SE's Shun trigrams areas as it involves Academic setbacks, then the Shun trigram takes in things of travels also...

That of Ambush goes with NW's or that of Qian (Chen) raw power, etc trigram this round, unsure of exacts in how connects, but also could occur within any other palace, sector area with the NW direction in them...

In any, that of the directional components while they are main are not an absolute condition and can surface in other sectors on their dates or connections not to mention any hour has it's given sector(s) as well, quite a variety!...


Viewing QMDJ charts:

On QMDJ charts themselves the hour derived is the most major factor, and in the case of Our Solar month it was in an hour where a lot of the palaces *held unfavorable or clash formations as their external influences*...

In another hour may not have been so, as usually at least one or two favorable hours in a date and sometimes more...

Another factor is in their view, as in when questions asked instead and if were to ask of things related to one's environment or home itself, then the chart applies to that small area but still expands outward capturing all the larger or global ongoings as well for that hour or and also relative to the question...

As far as questions go that's a reserved art in itself, and questions are not asked at any old hour, but in hint similar to the rules of the Wwg...

So one chart can represent a lot of different environments and situations in the simul, just as that of the feng shui Lo Shu chart do...

That in turn tells us of Our US Solar month chart and it's palaces aka sectors can be applied to any one smaller area as well in the versatile...

Not as much or all of the situations and events it represents would necessarily apply to a given smaller area, but for sure some will, and *then at the country level most that it represents and in the month's time will come up*...

That of the Mild Snow of the 24 seasons in transition * officially began here yesterday the 21st day wa* per the US sold Chinese Farmers Calendar (C) by Master Tsai in software's aka Almanac, etc type, while it started on the 22nd day s of China in simul then as years books or other calendars may reflect...

Those run usually and approximately at 15 day intervals of which new Dun (Ju) counts are started, and as of today the 22nd here that's depending on the method used either a #5 Upper Yuan of QMDJ year book type calendars, or a #2 Lower Yuan *Yin Dun Number of the QMDJ book using and running for approximately the first five or 5 plus days or more counting from the Nov 21st day wa transition here of this Mild Snow period...

Some other schools, institutes and authors also use numbering tables same and similar to the QMDJ book being used in reference here...

[Mentioned as a set reference for this date aligning to a given season start, and that those just starting in the QMDJ can refer too, especially as aide to those who have or later buy the US published and economical QMDJ book version used here and referred to in the Just Blog section below]... 

That of other QMDJ book series such as Joey Yap's (C) are excellent as well but to the more costly sides...

The different Dun numbered charts express differently but work out ok, in that of a season's start the Upper may refer to being in line with the FS great 180 year period, and the lower may reflect that of current period 8 which is of the Lower period cycle of the FS 180 year period?...

Anyway in either case both will work...

Then in general just like mentioned of FS areas before we don't need to always worry about things being of a specific direction in all events, sometimes it's just sufficient to consider that of the trigram's attributes which are in for the date as far as some events go!...

That's true as some locations themselves in of their structure(s), etc as well and of those can reflect that of the trigram belonging to another sector altogether...

When Period 8 began in Feb 2004 says a lot about some of the more vile and or very unusual types of changes we've all seen in the attitudes and events of mankind and other areas including some both of Bio, Eco and natural phenomena areas since:

Feb 4th 2004 Our start was FS #5 2 5 for the central of things and in at centers, and the next day the actual first *full day* start of the Spring in China and global including us, was FS #6 2 5...

Those basic influences of the fairly ill in natures and in some of the mishap types, have held the entire time, and are for  the entire of Period 8 globally itself...


Other:

In the most of any chinese earth sciences aka arts you do need to take an actual course to become proficient in any of them, on that of XKDG the same, but if you only wanted to know what the hexagrams are for a given year, month, day or hour within a specific range of years there are XKDG calendar books *for just that alone* on amazon.com (R) and some other book stores on the net as well...

Those that take or have taken a course have the additional of *the XKDG methods themselves not included in a calendar book* would not need it, as they have their own reference tables to generate the hexagrams for *any year* on down period...

The only area I know of besides that of the SuperIching that's online, where *if your very dedicated and determined to learn*, that you wouldn't have to take an expensive course for to become competent or recognized, *is in that of the QMDJ*...

That specifically vis or thanks to Jerry King's Qi Men Dun Jia book (C) a book which *is actually a course* similar to a training manual type, on a specific QMDJ version that's also popular in various chinese communities...

The book was specifically written for those of the english language itself, but with the normal of chinese symbols or symbol words used within it as well...Not hard on latter just takes time vis practice in using the charts to lock those into your memory...

That one at it's inexpensive price *is probably the greatest bargain you'll ever find* on any chinese art that's totally complete in itself...

Does take a lot of time to learn no doubt, but minus not having a 24 season's calendar info (requires separate calendar,  for his 24 seasons numberings table on page 44, *it has everything else that's needed* within it, for you:

 *To create aka hand draw and interpret your own charts on any question or situation*...

In that of a *Yin date example* on page 52 he used the wrong chinese date for Sep 13 2013 but not a biggy as was showing how to plot the and that type of chart itself which was done correctly for the chinese date he did use...

Are other schools, institutes, and authors who use the same of variations of that 24 Seasons numbering table as used in that book also...

For the seasons start table you'll need the 10,000 year calendar for their transitions or start times, or the chinese farmer's almanac software lists them as well... The calendar itself lists a lot of other useful informations you can use in most chinese arts as well...

[Maybe a better initial choice of a calendar for ease in use in finding the Dun (Ju) numbers is that of *Calvin Yap's QMDJ Calendar (C)* that covers years 1930-2020, and whose dates/times for [the 24 season transitions in hours and *date starts*] as well as their chinese symbols are *very, very clearly marked no squintings*, and includes the daily Dun numbers for each date as well...

He has even a cheaper version which covers years 2011-2020 good enough to start with and between it and the Jerry King QMDJ book keeps the total cost amazingly down to about 50 plus dollars only...

Main thing of the latter calendar is their chinese word symbols for the seasons are easy on the eyes and to apply to the shown in that QMDJ book's Yuan groups Dun table...

Still leaving you the other option of using the Dun number shown in the calendar for that of the standard 1080 hourly charts as well...

Allows you to skip the Yuan tables for Dun number calculation method in Jerry King's book and version of QMDJ and use the direct of the date as many do...

However in following that of QMDJ book mentioned then this calendar makes that very easy to do the count backs his and versions methods calls for...You get two in one with that, direct by date or use of his Yuan tables method...You can hand draw the chart either way...

*Most importantly* of the 24 seasons their dates and times *in that calendar just mentioned,  is they totally agree with those of the chinese farmers almanac software*, never different more than a day as some start in US a day prior which almanac shows, so you could use that software alone in lieu if wanted, when using the Jerry King book QMDJ version methods for the Yuan table and Dun number counts]...

In either option the calendar or almanac software would recommend using Jerry King's QMDJ method, while not same as the direct of date does appear to be the most accurate in results and answers, and like the Iching places the past into present in uses...Then of past results it had worked for me in my own initial uses of it surprisingly well...

In the less sure or lieu you can probably find a given year's 24 season table on the net to get by with...

You could use free chart calculators instead but the calendar books or almanac software will provide a lot of good other neccessary info you'd want and need beyond that of a net chart calculator itself...


His book's Dun number method vis that of a Yuan groups table in Lo Shu format in some cases won't always match the same as the conventional books for the 1080 hourly charts, but vis his included example methods does still does provide you accurate results for that or your questions, etc...

First chart always the hardest a lot of page flippings (musical chairs like) to get needed info's from various reference charts in it to compose your own, but after about your 5th chart things will start sinking in, and you'll become much faster in laying them out after that...

One extreme advantage of his and that versions QMDJ method is of tables for finding the Dun number is *it's so highly compact, and you can easily carry his small book with you anywhere as well*, as opposed to the singular and usually quite physically large year's aka range of years, months, days book for a dates Dun number book itself that's conventionally used...

Latter also limited to a range of year's whereas his or the versions method isn't...

On the latter you may need two other books as well, one for the 520 yin dun charts and the other of the 520 yang dun charts...Advantage of the chart books is having all 1080 chart diagrams all stars, etc pre plotted for you faster to look up, but you could draw them as well...

Minus that though you literally hand draw plot and interpret your own charts vis his book info's so you don't have to have those other books right away, *just the calendar type of your choice*...

In that of both methods they came out the same for Nov 9th by the date itself and in hours sh and h and in terms of disputes and or protests up to that of lawsuits was shown for the NE's areas didn't examine other a bit too much...

That too goes with the month there as both pair and QMDJ reflected just didn't mention all beyond the general nature which is enough in itself...

*So if you like metaphysical subjects*, but can't afford the full price of any other chinese earth science art of which are all much more expensive, *try the QMDJ by Jerry King you won't be disappointed*!...

You can always later further expand in that one area alone, from a host of other books such as *Joey Yap's QMDG Compendium (C) book*, and others on that subject as well...


Anyway despite the times we live in or under, try to have a good month...
