Had an enjoyable outing yesterday paid some bills and hit about 4 places took a tylenol before left as add beyond the power med to keep pain and wear down.

Still caught up with me some when got back so applied electro accupuncture, etc for about an hour to further cut the pain. Does by a endorphines releasing effect in the relaxing boost it gives too.

That and it deep massages the muscles there likely improving the circulation of blood there to some extent also.

It's something I had forgotten about for a long time that had used years back and being tired of long drawn out after effects of burning spinal pain.

Thought why should I keep putting up with this as not proving a thing to me or any by enduring it, then got out one of my accupuncture books and most all came back in a flash. There are limits it within an hour or less brings pain back down to the level the remaining dispersal time of the med will handle then.

Have to limit activities afterwards just as I normally do so as not too escalate or ramp the pain back up again, but at least I can keep it at the pain conquered point that way.


Latter on endorphines has been confirmed by researchers in the past through studies and measurements of levels of the endorphins in cerebrospinal fluids after an accupuncture treatment. Other than that still too much ignorance on the subject and lots of quarrels to it.

Difference is I've actually studied the subject pretty thourougly as have and use the same textbooks as it is taught with in the Chinese univerities themselves for TCM.

The latter really is a great additional option for those with chronic pain like myself to use as need additionally to your normal high power med's, etc. They're fairly inexpensive or quite affordable for most and come with clear easy useage instructions too.

That and never discount the use of nature's or other therapuetic tones or sounds which can release endorphines and relax a person at the same time. Those of the Alpha frequency range are great.

Again those can quite importantly also shift your mood back to a positive state or lift you safely out of a depressed one too.

Opinions don't matter much on it too me as the results I get that count for me.

Those options aural and accu combined do aide a good many people as well simple and require no study other than normal written instructions.

On net the aural you can get free also that called the eft tap method that may aide *some* to varying degrees if you can't find or afford the better portable accupuncture aka massage units.

Youtube has collections of the alpha and aural healing tone sound videos, some on eft methods also, you can freely use, etc.

Had seen in local ad's a month or more back when was still watching tv don't remember name but was an electro static accupuncture type using the gel pads, etc and was a very good one for the purpose.

Think cost was just $14.95 or under $20 including pads to start you out, hard to go wrong there. *Could be higher but they are definnitly worth it for those who suffer from chronic pain.



Each accu unit irregardless of name usually has several controls used for different aural pulse frequencies and the intensity of them. They're at low aural frequencies and using Gel pads for example you won't hear them.

For the back I use the *standard 10hz of the Alpha frequency range* as best for that, but may vary for others or of included instructions, etc. Can say you'll never go wrong using an Alpha frequency.

You could get better repair effects if you have option for 528hz, but the basic of 10hz pulsed type gets the pain relief done and will cause endorphines to be released everytime in my uses.

Anyway 10hz affixing the pads to anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 inch away from the spine hot spot on each side.

Then using the intensity or level control initially set the pulsing level which you can feel to a point that definitly overides any pain sensations.

The one I use most is an older Miracle ear type of the couple I have, actually not that hard to build your own if you have some tech knowledge. The ear holds 88 accupuncture sensitive and treatment points to literally cover the entire body, but I usually choose the direct to the afflicted area(s) by it's also gel pad method of use instead.

[Unlike other methods the electro accu works for nearly everyone as it's a very strong stimulation method].

You've seen it in the muscle bouncer massage demonstrations on tv or in videos before, everyone would notice at that level.

Don't recommend using it that high though it's just an attention getter, use it at the intensity that just fully overides your sensation of pain only.

Times 10 - 20 minutes minimum set up in most auto timed types, but I generally go for a full hour.

You can feel pain cessation in as little as momentary and up to within 10 minutes in most cases then up to 20 minutes in some others. I run it for an full hour as that provides some more lasting benefits for the day as well.

That *with my high power pain* med neutralizes any pain from an overextension or excessive moving abouts when I go out, as when you walk the lower spine is involved and for us afflicted it becomes an escalation of pain.

In pasts when I had no strong pain med prescribed and I accidentally twisted and or just injured myself from overextension or excessive movings about in home work stuff I then would have to use at near full intensities and run all the time changing the batteries as much as needed to bear the incredible pain which resulted.

Lucky these are very low current drain devices and a 4 battery set might last an entire week 24/7 also.

It was the only thing that at least partially countered what would be several days to a week of fully bed ridden pain. So no question that it can work, but does so better when you have the proper prescribed med for your condition too.

My eyesight or vision and my balence both improve after a session. When back inflames and in initial wake ups tend to turn to the right sometimes suddenly when I start walking. An accu session neutralizes and cancels that effect, and *I can actually get up easier from a sitting position* as well a third resulting effect.


Those you can use additionally with any med's your prescribed as can't interfere with them and great in uses I mentioned, plus your doing *American small business a great favor* at the same time!

Ok well have noticed a lot more gun play aka practice at the fireing range today and around 15:17 or so a Kaboom as in blow something up or pipe bomb, had a pretty loud gun boom about same time yesterday. Moon not even beyond a degree of orb of square to Venus yet so still active was hr s and certainly matches for boom activities and bonds to fiery groups, if expand had several actions.

Is some skies stuff of snow storms that hit Colorado before moving to the Easts.

Some used to think if you learn of these arts areas there would never be surprises, but no one will ever know it all, and very often even near daily I still learn new shades and tidbits that heighten understanding in many areas.

Some might ask: How come it then has an Ends line then?

Each hexagram or pair here represents a given type of huge nearly all encompassing archetype of multiple, but only for a given *segment*, interval of time.

In that it has both a 1st line Begins and a 6th line Ends as we are only representing or describing given situations vis actual archetypal energies vis a frame (segment) of time at any one point here.

New situations from changes themselves arise so then new archetypes used for those.

Also each hexagram of an element itself so if another of greater strength comes up and along the former can take a back seat after it's action has played out, and maybe for a long time too, so practically we do have Ends as applied to a given pair and frames!




It takes *years* to become what is called an expert and skilled in the use and proper interpretations of both the hexagrams themselves and their results for answers.

In the first few years there will be many errors, failures for most as there is so much fine detail, and *a lot of the unwritten on the subject* for you to uncover and fill along the way.

The wwg is meant for very objective and serious study and honorable purposes just as any other discipline. I try to apply it as that here.

There is not a year nor month nor almost day that I don't learn something new or a new twist that is quite profound.

So should you take up the study aka devotion yourself you'll never be bored for lack of new things to learn.

Through this and even the astro as well, but taking the wwg alone which probably should be called FU XI instead any devoted student gains *an appreciation of the higher power and magnificances of our universe* down to our own lives and existances interwoven as well.


Well beyond that of the great bulk who have small or little understanding of the wwg itself. You don't lose any power of choices ever, you just have greater information and working principles on which to make them.

Something thats of major importance to you, as not to be used for every minor little thing. Just on that important and of which unsure.


Seeing ahead long range doesn't matter that much to me, I'm just as tickled to see something match up in the instant or within a few hours as the farther out. In a way I appreciate the quicker more as that is after all *feedback* from which one can take a next step if needed.

It still blows me away to do a toss then later while watching what I think should be random selections of mainly shows but movies too, and then find their *main* core aka themes, names as well at times matched up to what the toss had shown me as well. Not referring to some tiny sub role in them, but the actual main theme or purpose of what the show or movie is about.

That's pretty major stuff to watch come about *before you*, and just always sort of an awe or a feelings of appreciation no matter how many times happens comes to me.

So simple but so profound as it's in that way shown what was ahead as well.

One can really learn a great deal of and from the wwg iching just based on what came up and the how, why of actions and events within those shows. Has affected, and improved how I describe certain star (aspects) relationships here at times in result too.


In all of life I would have never guessed such a thing, and that is where one begins to think more about sciences and other theories that might give additional insight on that type of phenomena and time itself or that they themselves might be improved upon. So much for any to explore as no one alone can cover to many grounds.

Still just blog from news appears the economics is expanding positively in the current for the U.S. Jupiter is moving out of what was a very tight 3 degree orb it had with Saturn before so things in general should expand.

Can't say there won't be some sorts of social relationships, legal and business or trades that won't put temporary snags or holds in at times. Though some could be just specific to a given area.

Once in awhile only there are exceptions where the wwg focuses more on a given type of event then a spectrum, but guess that means the same will become more important as things move forward.

Although personal tosses always catch some as well, it's the more specific to the question asked that works out better.

Held one back friday that was done early evening but will mention that it was one of those which you would normally look to war or law enforcement type areas for matches. There were of both from what had read after, but again the tickler was about 3 or more hours later started to watch my shows.

Called lots of names from the Earth star to devil of ferocities, and in the more plus the yin yang Tai Chi star. Usually things very pertinent to environmentals, etc come up also. Look up as desired for your lo shu square placements.

Coming into it prior we have that of Europe which appears to be like the phrase "hell froze over", and not over yet.

Never did get anywhere with the back stuff only way can sleep on back (not really) is with knees pointing upwards only, max flat no more than 5 minutes. Still stuck 1 side and rarely a sleep through as have to from neck down make slight adjustments through the night.

Never a picnic here and why I use some of the additional options mentioned besides the appreciated of prescribed.

When able getting out is good though sometimes pretty rough go's there, still a change of scenery and talking even a bit with other people is most always a plus.

In other separate of the weekend was saddened like many to read that Whitney Houstan passed on. I thought out of the whole bunch she linked with that she was the greatest talent, and very much had enjoyed her voice and musics plus movies she was in too.

Wish all condolences as she will be missed by many.

It grabs us all as we know she had a lot more of life to live, and just how precious and fragile life itself can be. It struck me as a darkening of the light also, but while here what a grand life she had.

Tuesday will just let roll as even though didn't bother to list were a lot of very serious matches in monday's toss for U.S itself and in Global verifying toss aka wwg accuracy. .

Think any can see from charts above that hours sh and h in general this month can run heated or fiery any day. No such thing as one hour or a zone, but that pair does go with the month plus other charts as well.

Ok just diddling as know I'm defintely at the over tired brain fried level today from lost sleep, certain foods or in combinations seem to clog me vascular wise.

Feel a only a bit better but can see going to be another full day at least, so not going to push it.

On some of the below where mention certain types of toss results that last one above was like that but as said it still provided the answer, even though I slipped on the hour stuff. Also at the time of toss didn't realize the light in other br was out, but seeing a Pe fire changes star actually caused me to check it..

Had it not been late and my physical state better would have picked up on the Kan trigrams and next date being e which said it. Still it reflects the toss and iching were correct for that, and pretty much only hr e was significant here. A combine of my method with the other for rain was affirmed.

I don't expect to get every one correct as lots of possibilities haven't seen yet and a lot depends on my state.

Those do come out to be more disconnected and distant from the tosser at times also but always retains some type of environments connection to you vis the star type or the feng shui in the least. Have to probe the inquire of and for case in this yet too.

Well leave that to you feeling better for start with edema gone so have to observe if slowly rises in day and if feet swollen by evening. That's a usual pattern but had all day past 3 so today is an improvement so far. Been having both leg cramps and then unusually were neck area cramps too which was a bit scary. Wife spotted that neck level which definitely spooked me so used the waist vibra belt a lot and some accu plus drunk tons water with the drainer pills, etc. *Today thank goodness much better for the start*.

Still taking it *very easy today*, had prior planned to get out but scrapped that. I can always put up a good front but felt like hell when the work guy showed up other day but muddled through it.

Some try to second guess intents, etc on wwg in some areas like rain, but unlike most I don't play nor like any head games. What ever I write is straight up and the reason is I want others to actually learn period.

Read stocks took a hit today which tracked with that weak K changes star which turned into a G star means like something of G star areas given away or lost like that.

Well feeling ok is different than strong haven't been that for a good long while but was weaker than norm. Probably kicked off from my little GI party as too many movements always backfire on me. Than sort of like had an allergic reaction but don't know what except for the mal legs. Hadn't used vib belt in long time, but going to have to near or daily to lesson any more damagess, and hope that gets it.

Meant as far as reducing present to lessor, does work as one can recognize the difference from ice cold feet and nice warm ones, which is purely blood flow itself, infact when using the vib belt in right spots after awhile you'll feel the warmth return to legs, etc. Then just as side note the iching was warning me several days in a row on those areas, think it moved off the list today.

Noted all the further away jolts of last night then am too, weather initially was cooler the change here.

Had asked only on local weather dangers that night but always more to them and day s today brought in those at higher levels too.


Went Dr today:

Zeroed out edema last night and felt better today, with no shooting pains to legs now so think ok. Was nothing but jolts prior.

Had used alpha videos which may have contributed to keeping bp good today not sure as was no infection, and thats puzzleing considering the legs very red to dark old red and skin peeled appearences..


Did show nurse and Dr *the quite extensive *large red area* one lower leg and smaller on upper calf of other* so both could definitely see there was no joke to this at all.


If had asked I'm sure he would have sent me to vascular surg area but I said
would try to lower it out myself via dailies with vib belt first.

Actually was a little alarmed for Dr he looked to have lost too much weight, he confirmed but I didn't pry.

Ok always like to acknowledge other teachers of the wwg iching as all have made contributions that I learned from and use within my own as well.

In order learned:

SuperIching and SuperIching.com's *WWG* by Alex Chiu still find many rules he generated apply well within mine as well.

Iching Divination for Feng Shui and Destiny by Grandmaster Raymond Lo a student of Joeseph Yu another as well.

The authors of The Authentic Iching adds many of the timed methods in.

The Secret of Wen-Wang Gua Divination using Hexagrams by Jack Chiu in short the most researched in the origins of the wwg and in advanced wwg use and interpretation.

All have both useful and unique methods for learning the wwg feng shui iching and main used of the White Tiger Crane style for multi change line wwg.

It has taken many years to finally get to a point of competance within it, but with the info's presented in this blog and any of those references you can do that much faster now.

A great deal here uses the very same rules and principles with some small exceptions for my single change line wwg version which is in harmony with timed wwg as well.

For a given toss the multi change line type allows for much greater variations and a more specific pair for a given questions itself.

In actual practice there seems to be but a hairline of difference between them as what happens is the higher power and iching automatically compensate for any differences.

So in main I use my own 6 coins version which appears to be much easier or practical to interpret.

Also we can definitely include the names as integral and valid in the single change line system, whereas the wwg rules for the other don't normally permit.

An exception there though as in advanced wwg uses now they are integral and allowed too there.

One major point for the multi change line types is the ease and definitive of identifying or recognizing a great combo in them. Your likely to see one more often in that system and it can be a deciding factor in some question.

6 coins single change line has those as does timed but not as often as the multi change line. One option there though there is no specific lines rules and that of month and date itself play in.


***** Still the multi change line aka traditional wwg is much more direct and firmer on great combo results itself.
So comes down to uses for speed and practicality it's single change line, and then for the greatest possible variation unique to a question than multi change line. Though the differences often cancel out.

Personally if I were looking at combinations where tossing each possible variable required and I wanted to further verify an obtained combination of the many than I'd use the multi change line for the verification toss itself.

So in reality it's a matter of choice which is best to use for most general purposes with any glimmer of additional accuracy.

I give the multi change line a slight overall edge for star accuracy in certain regards but not on the relationship types aka themes themselves, in latter both equal as just express differently.


***** My opinion is you should learn and use both.

My 6 coins with the timed single change line type for it's speed and practicality, with very little lacking in any of practical reliabilities then also the multi change line traditionals for the slight edges it may give in certain areas and can give you in certain types of decisions.

Even in stocks I wouldn't have the slightest hesitation about using single change line as can quickly toss to get more particulars on any given result.

So while a matter of choice I'd think *using both is the best of all worlds* as far as wwg itself goes.


The great bulk still find the wwg too complex and time consuming to learn and understand, so rather than admit their own lacks or weaknesses they try to dum down the wwg or any that use it so they can feel some false sense of superiority.

Were more to be truthfully objective about it instead, and make efforts at it, they'd find any number of areas in life they could improve with it.

That as it provides not only answers but the timings for and with them, and in some actually beyond any scientists or physicists abilities to boot so a very powerful tool to aide you.

Takes time to get there as some subject areas you might wish to do tosses on require some good subject understandings first before you even start, but if you have the will then you can succeed in that too.


For many perhaps the names good enough especially of 6 coins and then as you can add more to do with the stars (relationship aka relational aspects) as you learn to strengthen the info you get of a pair.


It's not the end all for every little thing but is meant to provide you both *a brief and condensed set of informations and the general picture* of any situation.

Then from first having sized the hexagrams all up, that allows you then make good and proper decisions on matters shown.

No one ever knows it all but that's the beauty of it too is that life and creation always holds something more to be explored or learned.



***** For others who toss and general info for any:
[Here we try to keep major tosses as distinct as possible from personal ones. That as you probably noticed on last few works well.

On your own personal questions though you'll quite often find that the wwg will refer back to any recent stuff of your last couple hours or more in the answer.

So if you wondered about that type case, can say you'll still get a correct answer to your question.

In those cases the names may just match the prior event rather than the question though.

No problem in that as long as your toss was properly done the iching always responds to the question asked itself.

Usually you'll see at least one trigram of the pair that matches or takes in the area questioned as well. Indicating covered.

I get those type fairly frequently too, and they do still provide the correct answer to the question asked.

Those besides something of your own previous actions also include things of a prior outside disturbances of a neighbors, pets, traffics, aircrafts or of a person or partner leaving or arriving relative your premises, etc and any inside also such as phone calls and more as long as at least 7 to 12 minutes have passed when you toss will very likely be reflected in it.

If a disturbance comes up at start or during your toss then cancel it, and wait for things to settle and that minimum period above to re-toss.

If a disturbance comes up at the very tail end of your toss you can ignore it, toss will include but be ok for use.

In general as others all describe cut down or off any sources of sound in your personal area when your about to toss.

If you were talking with someone or watching a show or a movie make sure those images are out of your mind such that you mentally or otherwise clearly hear only your own words of the question while tossing.

Carefully form and condense your question to just the very essence needed *that another could clearly understand that asked*.

You have to be clear with it, *just as if another person was right there* listening to you to answer the question.

There is just that too and that's the Higher power in my opinion.

Some might question the last that's fine as it's what I think and know that matters to me.

Also I say that as there are many correct answers I've gotten of which I could not have known about or found in any other way.

Years back that of a hurricaine doing a total U-turn and sticking with the original target was one of those, something I could not have possibly known myself and only via the iching.

Also I wasn't all that good then either so was quite a feat.

Critics aka the lazy or of ill will are too plentiful always ready to jump on a tree missing the whole forest.

You likely will never get it all right as you do have to diligently be very careful in all aspects of making and evaluating any given toss.

That's hard for anyone *especially over a long haul period*, like how many persons from the day they start a long school get an A+ every single day and on every test they ever take??...None!...

So critics can take their lazy, egotistical, arrogant or jealous, shiftless disruptive to good order butts somewhere else as the wwg iching works here.

Ok looked that last statement over and see nothing wrong of it as covering all the destractive or destructive types and cases who try to poison the iching and subjegate others learnings in the process.

You indeed can after learning and getting some experience *expect to get an overwhelming margin of correct answers* in your own uses.

So it will be worth your time and of great benefit to weather the storms and learn as in this world knowledge is power also.

Best results are obtained when the toss is done in a relaxed way, a few calm or deep breaths ahead as your holding the coins having no worries as to the tossed outcome whatsoever.

Also key is the question must be of some importance to you and not just of any frivulous type. The more important a question to you the clearer the results and answers to boot.

Best results means *clearest answer*, you indeed can toss otherwise but your state will most likely be reflected in those and it may also be harder for you to interpret correctly.

In relaxed that is *as your turning it all over (the matter) to the wwg iching* for it's answer (not yours) to the question.

Other toss layout, etc mechanics at Superiching.com or any suitable net reference on basic Yi-jing aka Iching or of the other here listed books of your choice.

See any of on assigning appointed or key element stars to your questions and with a particular time or frame of time in the question as well.

Most here are just of the given date, and a few for a specific frame, etc.


One other thing is whether begins or not try not to do over 4 tosses a day as it will get to be just too divisional of your attention. That's as most have always advised on the subject too.

Reason, even on a single toss if it has not been fully understood and interpreted the mind continues to work on it, so you can see where some problems could develop if you have more than one unsettled pair for a date.

There are exceptions like when all is dealing with offshoots of one major question or your tossing on some actual happenings aka events of a date.

Intially try not to over extract info of a pair, note the basic info it gives you alone and accept that as enough of the one pair. If further needed as an aspect of the toss, then toss for that additionally.

Any of this here with the above have listed resources will give you excellent and proper toss layouts and results.

Special notes:

Not too many of news areas and mostly others I think, please be a bit more careful of gut reactions to a single word or given statement.

Things here have to be read intelligently, slowly and interpreted very, very *objectively*!

The word Mal for example can besides a direct implication can merely refer to some past status or situation some even being of no fault, and not neccessarily refer to one's actions in the present.

On words like that just as the wwg stars themselves *you have to first guage as an overview all the possible meanings before jumping to some one way conclusion*. As one way only applicable to one meaning and there is nothing here that has just one meaning. An item only carries one meaning for one specific event of the many that a star, etc represents. Usually a good many or nearly all meanings will show through as events in a month's time and absolutely so in a year's time.

Often I or any when initially write something like this on a date or month and more and under the gun of timely we put out the initial core in a pretty fast manner. Like this I had no time to think it all through as in ideal, just put out a thorough but intial properly structured core is about it.

That I do in the standard and conventional of the wwg rules, and it's pretty time consuming and even tireing for me to do.

It's only after and later that I can slowly take the time to dwell on and absorb what is bring shown so that I can modify or make any changes that better convey what is happening and what will go on that the pair suggests. So try to excercise a little patience there too as depending on what's going on for me and of events too that can take several days until it's been thoroughly rehashed.

This time lucky as from the few events in near simul we've pretty much settled what this pair is all about within the space of not even one full day, and that's excellent for this type work. We are ahead and in control.

Will add the source or the Sun ingress to Capricorn pair in this too since it's active and accurate for events under that view for an entire month right up until the Sun enters Aquarius next month.

We have been experiencing influences of that pair ever since, precipitating this *global chinese new lunar year* itself.

Mercury enters Capricorn areas today as well, check the above chart.


Got to get win 7 for other machine had hoped win 8 would be here already, even thinking maybe Apple instead. There though not sure how compatible it would be with all my current softwares and don't like reinventing the wheel too costly.

That of win vista with all of it's innane and insideous drive use in scans to protect itself is just too wearing and time consuming, win 7 infinitely better, faster and more maintenence free there.

Ok did some quick re-checks and most of what ever is mal or ill stuff for it should start after *17:00 hours the 24th through around 07:30 hours the 26th* as the main zone. One to be alert in and referring to more than just any weather conditions in that.

Modified this as should with the toss pair of today and though some things within U.S. possible including weathers it's quite likely that to do with Iran if any war like and as countries go for that.

So not as big a deal here except for if your area has severe weather than the precautions apply.

Iran a more major matter so have to go with it as in effect strong for one month and maybe up to three depending on what unfolds.

Here in U.S. if not weather then could be an earthquake as that pair has went with major stuff of that those plus typhoons and other in the past mostly overseas then, and had the Returns nuclear hexagram for cyclic within it.

It has within the U.S. applied to anything of what has become typical in today's crimes scenarios, and also when there have been major breakdowns on govt finances matters too. if so then it should break within 2 more days yet, so use your own judgements there.
