Simply because no one in this wide world lists things in one consistant way or form on these darn chinese subjects so that here saves some a lot of extra search and translate time, when I include the other names, etc...
Time saved when comparing to other of their systems which even in english may use the other word instead like Mao for Rabbit instead of Rabbit, etc...
