Vis VA prior it was only the left leg, but per *outside cardiology/cardiovascular whom I do believe, it's both legs, and the neck*!...

Wouldn't argue about digestive effects contributing to that too, as even with Compression socks, after I eat can feel the lower legs in of ankle areas immediately swell too...Rather than feeling sick for 2 up to 4 hours, cut down my intake and sometimes fast as well to eliminate that...

 

Last year on VA 4th floor where Wounds care is or was:  Was told by one corpsman to never trust a soul at the VA, that a lot of them coveted Power, etc over the patient...

That rings true of their GU clinic whose PA's, Dr's, etc relish dishing out punishments *over nothing more than idle gossips no less*??...Apparently that over the Professional medical care *which is suppose to be their job!*...

Somehow of gossips *they believe I can walk normally* when they can fully see that my wife has to push me in a wheelchair, that for one as I cannot walk in the Open, two only a few feet with the cane, and in that always leaning against or holding onto something else!... 

After years of nothing being done for the legs, even with walker I get more so legs get very tired from going back and forth acrossed the house twice max with pain to boot, so no way I could do the long halls at the VA which is why my wife gets a wheelchair, and pushes me to the Appt area... 

This year doing taxes wife's arm hurt had to get one of her friends to go with us to push me in a wheelchair!...

So it highly agitates me when anyone suggests that I can walk normally!!!...

[That's what it's about as on my way out from Mar 15th? visit, was surprised when the Dr or PA abruptly, and bit rudely asked me what I was doing in a wheelchair??...

Irritated over the punishment stuff they mentioned I quite shortly cut my answer to "I can't walk" as I saw no need to prove a thing to her, not her area of expertise period!]...

Punishment type is instead of just one appt every 6 montihs or more to get a prostrate cancer shot where they normally do both the checkup, and the shot at the very same time aka within 30 minutes, they try to make it acrossed 2 days in punishment instead!??...

 In reply she loudly went Hrrumph, said something of Karma, and rolled her eyes at me!!!...

Normally I thank a Dr, etc when an Appt completes: Not that day, said nothing after her reply, just left!...

Was sent a survey for that area, but did not fill it out as had the wrong provider's name on it...

Not sure now what day was in March as papers show Mar 15th was cancelled by the clinic. and despite the two day stuff she, and the nurse talked about to or at me, but papers don't see another Appt until September which looks singular??...

Doesn't the back factor in? Any who have lower back and Lumbar problems know that's an automatic period, hi power pain relievers are of major aid, but can't improve the physical associated an ill gait or walkings effects themselves especially of hip, knee or frozen ankle types...

A back support belt only as a very small aid along with a tens unit, only used in temp *if run out of *med's* of which itself if long enough can become *lethal*!...

*Anyway hopefully the higher up's have a chat with those of the GU clinic as I have no intention of asking my wife to do the wheelchair work two days in a row, for what is normally done in the course of an hour or less on a single Appt date*...

In the positive my Primary care provider plus Pharmacy area has been Outstanding!]...

Remember the great Opiods, etc drugs reduction act???:

 

Think started in 2017?

Didn't finally hit all the VA strong, till maybe 2019?...

We didn't have a primary care Dr then, so we slowly got funneled to another clinics Dr...

*He had a mission*: Get anyone he could to reduce their morphine, etc dosages down, didn't seem like anything else was important to him!...

Never saw the guy after that?!...

That was likely because the President then in one of his main or maybe very short news speeches, interviews *had said he'd put any Dr giving their patients any excessive dosage amounts of various pain killing drugs that he would  see they went to jail*!...

That and he implied he wanted people off those drugs period, his idea of reduction???...

[You can imagine the effect, and incentive that had, and  put on all Govt Dr's Mil, VA, etc!]...


*Problem in that was some of us were on totally valid dosages in the first place*!!!...

So when they reduced our dosages by 1/2 in my case from 30 to 15 mg *that over time *destroys* one's quality of life*, no and's, if's or but's about it period!!!...

The purpose of giving the pain killers is both to reduce or kill the pain, and *restore one's quality of life*, meaning they should be able to take care of at least some of their normal daily routines as they did prior to pain taking full control of some or even all all aspects of their lives...

*Initially the patient has no idea of what the dosage reduction will do or cause them?*...Was told would feel much better, etc which was totally opposite of what resulted!...

In my case easy to in the now, after to see, and figure out:

I went from being able to moderately walk well (50 feet or more) with a cane, and in the open without holding on to anything else to now only a few feet where I must always hold on, and lean on to something else besides just the cane!...

Also I could prior with walker at least once a week go several hundred feet with only minor discomfort, unless did that more than 1 time in any given week then would fire the back up for 2-3 days at a time...Well beyond what the pain killer could handle!...

After the dosage cut to 15 mg I can do little, and have to sit 99% of the time *just to avoid pain*!!!...

 
That speeds up the muscle mass loss most older people go through by quite a great deal!!!...One obviously becomes physically weaker in that, which doesn't help you in your daily routines a bit!...

[In effect they destroyed my, and likely others former quality of life period!]...

I expect that's also what lead to my moderate aka mild? stroke in 2020 as well!...5% heart damage oddly in the center of the heart vis the outside hospital's findings...

Were they to follow *the Mayo clinics recomendations on dosages for moderate to *severe pain* as such as 4 times a day or as needed, wouldn't be no problem, but no our govt only twice a day aka every 12 hours whether it's adequate or not!...

Some talk about smoking, well during the pandemic of 2020 I took Chantex after receiving a 30 minute phone lecture on all of it's many side effects...Almost didn't after that, until I got a voicemail from it's main Dr insisting that I should!...

When I got to the 2 tablets point I became sick twice a day for 2 hours or more each time, in that period I finally rcvd a VA letter saying to cease taking it as they were banning it!...

So I ceased, didn't like being sick anyway!...


Keeping it short, don't expect our thanks for what some of you poiticians brought down on us, as the very opposite of good medical care, etc!...

Wanted you to know *you destroyed* what little quality of life some of us had prior!...

In prior had gotten angry over the status of my legs as such should have been medically taken care of *Long Ago*!...

Anger is however good as it caused me to research that about muscle mass loss, and in that what could be done about it?...

For the Rise Lazarus meaning had gotten to a point where was quite physically hard to get up from bed as had reached a point where a couple of times I had no energy aka strength to do it!...

Fortunately of my ill digestive (the energy furnace of the body) had just prior bought a liver supplement (Vito Liver) which is a digestive supplement as well!...

Gave it the test as in like a last hope then, and just a quarter teaspoon of it, had me within 10-20 minutes actually getting up, and moving!...I was both greatful, and astounded with it's results...

All fully safe of natural ingredients no less...

That was great and is available in Walmart, and Amazon...

Still needed to do something about the muscle mass, had seen in hospitals, and remembered a Dr recommending it so started using that of Ensure which contains the extra protein needed for that!...

May be better but that's what I starteed with a few weeks back...

Can only drink 1 per day as tends to make me feel bloated or a bit nauseated, but that's good enough for now...

Use a chewable pro-biotic tablet for that, and when comes up of food too which also works...

Then of Walker have started getting up every half hour, and in starts going from 30 feet or more then sit back down, in starts that was pretty rough and the back *would actually spike* in the 180 degree turnarounds...

Had some pretty sore thighs as well for a couple of days in that...

Starting to get more comfortable there, so will slowly push further to see where it takes me?...

Even with all that it still leaves one sitting about 99% of the time, but the walkering gets easier day by day...

There are other complications that would be pretty tedious to write about that other normal persons couldn't visualize at all, but will leave blank for now...

On smoking use Bright Lung made by same company as vitoliver, that due to some of the same ingerdients is also good for the digestive too...

Between those use daily, and only have to use Miramax once a week now, BM highly improved sometimes daily, and at leat 3 times a week now...Still use the lasex daily...

Anyway it turns out in some things you have to find your own solutions these days!...

Don't know if believe much of what the news is now reporting of the May 14th Buffalo N.Y. massacre event, when I posted that of the hr wa pairs noticed then they had said it came off at 2:30 pm which is definitely of hr wa there!...

Removed a number of Qi Men courses from here, the interested can do their own web searches to select one for themselves if desired...

 

Will later add some qi men books here for that, and any can pick up quite a bit of info's on Qi  Men vis YouTube as well...Most were listed in the Dec 2021 Blog...
