 Ok in upd in the ongoing of Tuesdays events, noted in afternoon written news, some in attacks and combats already began in Yemen and that matches up with the nature of this NM pair, and in timing with that of my second toss preference of Monday Aug 5th.

Not quite sure who started what there but of the NM pair that of it's weak troubled Km stars would have been a player, and in toss date clash to Bsh stars would have fire bonded the weakened by today's date Rm stars (status change) for the fiery stuff!

May have my times there backwards per how I viewed pair, but it all really depends on the hours that each thing happened as to whether an involved star is weak or strong, etc in those.

Can't really say it was of a spectacular nature as usually expected of Al Quida though, so room to work with yet.

Do have to work that out better than viewing as a them versus us model as had did initially. Today's was a bit different from that more like that was the physical was for Yemen and would be for any country the attacks take place in, which does shift things around some from my original view. Today did show that of weakness in the Wood elements which brings out their inauspacious sides prior discussed *was indeed a valid status change* for that toss, signifying attacks and some extra.

In theo the toss has somewhat a narrower focus while the NM pair is concrete for and with a much wider focus for all event types including terrorist threats or attacks.

In Ntl news that of President Bush's heart artery certainly a surprise as was stated. Especially since he devotes a lot of time to excerciseing in numerous ways, healthy diet, etc.

Ok spent a bit of time looking at things:

Does suggest great care must be taken in your relationships, as a lot is about revolutions of various causes and types.

The energy there is and can be very abrupt, abrasive, strong drives and most especially of fiery or even violent natures at times.

Then legal components in areas of joint interests and securities, etc.

Due to that some can certainly have deadly components as well, and obviously that's amplified in some overseas areas where dealing with terrorists presently and in other of 9th type areas as well.


Isn't just President Bush but that and anyone of Gemini births can expect things of the hidden, tragic or clandestine areas in that and of any 12th type areas such finances or healing, hospital areas, wastes, losses, and other to come up for them.

Haven't kept a running score but usually that which is changed relative their star areas is often not positive per what was normal before and something in it's star type areas was altered by other conditions and external influences.

Can be a few instances of particular areas where no change needed or a positive type resulted but not that often.

In other some jumped the gun yesterday in their responses as was indeed a shooting involving a married couple locally yesterday, reflecting that said about relationships here.

Definitely is and can be within marital and within the larger of partnerships, and still includes a lot more looser of other types of relationships, such as gangs, etc. It's also a part of the strong run of shootings locally in the recent few weeks.

Traditionally that goes with start of Autumn season in China and Fire being weak is somewhat untimely for the season and wood even more so.

So you can expect some mal in types or negative effects for events are in or related to their areas and industries, and org's too, under any star type they are assigned too as well.


Instead of just weak aka troubled in this season and the month is sometimes referred to as a trap state, and situations of such or people of said areas trapping others or themselves can be expected of that energy as well.

Even Earth elements are weak but usually we ignore that since are the transformers anyway.

Personally I'm happy with the fact that the greatest bulk of intelligent people avoid and shun violence in general else this would be helter skelter which fortunately it's not.




Ok some things given in news 10pm version last night weren't followed up on so like it never happened in some at times.

At the same time for the period all other R star meanings apply to the physical's Bh Water star areas, so that of a zone terrorist threats made for attacks is quite valid and being alert certainly appropriate.

However that's definitely not the only thing those stars represent, all their meanings apply and in a lot most has to do with various of the Duay trigram areas, meanings too.

That's why Yemen's analysis for there was very appropriate as well. You have other events in other of it matching now as well.


This new Solar month's FS star is #5 for centers, middles the central any location is the same as the year's and already explained what that means here. Such initially manifested for the U.S. in those areas as well, and may yet be more to come of different venues.

Then other is suggested by both the new seasonal and period's timing in the Wwg timed here.

Any one element represents many areas and when one not timely it's areas will experience more of the ill or minus in those frames, and in that can be either *of or to* the area or areas involved at the time.

It's timing period, so what is untimely in one season,  period or on one date shifts in the next zone, none are permanently stuck with all plus or all minus all the time.

Then due to the fact it's spread across many areas for even one element type, it comes up in different things, different dates, never is any one thing stuck to just bad timing by itself as it's shared in other related areas and has daily variations to it as well. Timing does not discriminate in the overall, each has their own zones.

Done here and skipping most all news itself for awhile, all follows the date types and our pairs anyway, which is all I need to note what's main at any point.


One astronomical area haven't gave much thought too yet but also in and may be for several months yet is that of the Sun's poles flipping changeing position part of the Sun spot maxima and 11 plus year cycle. One had already shifted with the other unstable yet that can shift any time. Read that on Yahoo before and does make for some interesting research and thought.




Definitely transforms are in, as my luck has took a lot of hits in these recent zones with some things coming up missing or damaged in some ways. Some unexpected in expenses weren't helpful either. 


However in electronics, and an area where part of a device had been damaged and dysfunctional for couple months now, blew me away other night.

Either via quite hidden long distance help quite possible, or all by itself it more likely as it was rejuvenated, and totally self healed at this time, on it's own.

Friday 8/9 Metal day IV (Red) wa aka Yin Fire Goat Upper Shun.

Writing for my own notes purposes and had retouched up some above earlier today...

Very active type as NM pair's 6th line areas and Rwa changes and advances star very strong, clashing 2nd line areas and local(s) in Rc star areas for actions, situations, events, etc.

Skies and far's, etc in that and see was an unfortunate plane crash into a home in Conn regrettably killing two people.

Again the basic of the Wood element's status and in 9th's stuff and of the daily timed was Red 1st Py star type areas

Said occurred at 11:25am or DST hr e which was it's Be star physical. and clashed it's Rh star hiding under star Gry 3rd Bw stars areas with Rh bonding to the Py star surfaces in happenings.

Imagine were many matches in other world areas in the R star areas today as well and of the NM pair it indicated the nature for things like that plus todays had vis bonds to it's Gw stars connections to it's Bh Water star physical also.


In tosses of am had Ph star changes for Yel 2nd local(s) today vis #57 - #53 Involves #38...

Only noted few sprinkles so far which was later in hr's w, wa...

Both the timed *and this toss*, look to have reflected nature of President Obama's news conference as well today.

You might get more late in hour h or t, but wasn't solid to begin with, and in saying that have no clue what any in neighboring areas got today. Looked N's or in any local(s) Centers.

Possible on the Metal dates and day h itself of that pair, but not doing any rain tosses just to check, if shows in any other will mention.

Possible isn't strong as only water trigram was a nuclear type in it, which was why todays was bit surpriseing. Toss conforms more to the question and the other noted.


Insert Saturday 8/10:

On weather was referring to our local area and surrounding but yesterday's toss hexagrams weren't ones I'd previously designated as a natural phenomena type that included rains specifically.

Had numbers #3, 24, #29, 32, 34, 63, 43, 44 or #58 been in there, where not all have water trigrams would have been more comfortable as have seen those associate rains too a lot of times.

Yesterdays by stars did match the Colorado mudslides, and then N's in several other, plus the wee bit rain we got here, but beyond that I couldn't say strong for here, only possible and then it takes the local weather people to say in projections exactly what should occur there.

That of the nm timed pair, and ntl areas an entirely different story was of very high confidence there and the Feng Shui of this month further strengthened that to be so.

On my part was more than high confidence as it was further backed by the year itself.

That of two matches at least to a dates toss were the personal ones, then any number in other external events.

I tread carefully as don't want to create any misunderstandings in the process or in others work areas is all.


On tosses you are somewhat treading when you move away from your own question anyway.

While a toss also represents many things and some quite solidly, most do have to be evaluated separately and differently.

How well you might do in that depends upon how much xtra time you have, whether your already busy or busy in other, enough up to par for it (definitely a factor for me), etc.

EZ to overlook or leave out some important angle or detail in that, here for sure.

Some days might do several, somedays nada and it's best to have a personal or solid need or situation and want to do the toss as opposed to just doing it.
 
You'll have a more solid focus and the drive to unravel and better understand what each line star represents or is doing for a better interpretation then.

So interpersing the non personal with a few pesonal ones will help you keep your bearings in the interpretation process.

Anyway when there are things that the Wwg strongly indicates on or in any area whatsoever and shows as important, I'll certainly mention them.

Finally recovered should be good to go for a week or so now, and in case any scoffers on the other.

That of the floods, etc is a repeat of Iowa in August also a few years back with the same conditions of the Yel 5 star and timed hexagrams with linked Bh Water stars involved then too.

This move and of a full month was nearly a killer for me, wife and friends had to handle most as after initially setting things up for it, the physical drug me into the mud took nearly 3 weeks time to recover some as was more go here and there than I can handle in that. Don't want to overstress like that ever again.

Got med's doctor promised so have something of a tough begins there, was some other some had said expired but doctor showed me were not. Fortunately in move found couple missing bottles and only need one other type yet.

Bank stuff ended up with other benefits and much else all straight for me now, so had better luck than thought in a lot. Don't think phone pics perfect but certainly highly useable, may go for the added or upgrade their soon.



Texted with oldest Son on his bd for almost 2 hours which was good for both people.

Some there a review for me currently as *had sat it all down around three years ago* and didn't go further than first initial build then temp measurements area and verify in that.

Now a more comfortable environment so can pursue the whole works more easily.


Had bought a small scope back then, as had gave son one I had built many years back.

In theo had thought he could use it, but he didn't understand the xfmr patch thought broke wasn't and gave it away. Someone got a good deal there as an old tube type that worked great.



Anyway the small digital one I bought has serious limitations for it's *Auto* trigger mode, mainly with any pulsed type low prt waveforms.

If those >= 2v pk then Auto any freq range ok, but lower levels very erratic.

Pure sine type handles well all ranges as long as >= 100mv level, lower than that, better to manual sync to lock them in.

Even in the >= 100mv pk levels the Auto can still be bit erratic shifts display view if left on given signal for more than 10 to 20 minutes.


Had to play, find and write down a good set of manual settings to reliably cover the various frequency ranges. Those best for pulsed (many freq components) versus those best for Sine single frequency settings.

Manually in that and now can properly trigger and sync and lock to any pulsed type low or high prt, with no problems for sine singular freq types.

It's markers work fine accurate enough for relative not high precision frequency measurements as well.

As opposed to older scopes one you definitely have to spend some time testing it to be sure of what your doing and getting.


Promised when get better scope *bigger for my eyes* with this one need magnifier glass to view the small text info areas in displays, will give son this one and include my notes to make it easy.



As far as viewing signals in today's microcontroller projects that's pretty much in *the App's themselves, where you use divide by counter functions, pwm, sine generation, etc and in the use of external circuitry with them which have lower impedances and reasonable sinking currents involved. At those levels most inexpensive?? digital scopes will work fine.

They won't as far as the microcontroller clock frequencies, etc as most port pins on many of today's microcontrollers are tri-state types of ultra high impedances and most scopes will just load those and their signals down to the mud.

Any that on board come with special low impedance outputs can be scope viewable at those points.

[If you used the older kits for initial learnings using the 6502 or *8085* microprocessores then no problem any scope will handle all their timings for signal displays.

Also the 8051 microcontroller series too, but a bit more flexible in added abilities if use the Intel 8085 microprocessor.

Those as kits include the xtra of EEPROM, and SRAM plus various Port registers and other gateing or divide by chips, etc.

So you have a full build of all the basics included internally within today's microcontrollers in that approach, which insures you will even more fully master the practical circuitry and timings details of the more modern.

Most definitely will learn all the op's, signalings, timings through actual measurements there]!




Today's types such as Atmel168 or 328 used in Nerdkits (TM) and Arduino (TM) projects plus Texas Instruments (TM) MPS430 launchpad, that's mostly in datasheet or book form where they show you the signalings, timings in pictures instead.

Some learn a bit slower or less in details and result too as minus the full benefit of the hands on in their timings measurements areas and factors affecting that using a scope gives one.

A much cheaper very inexpensive sub that will give you relative only signal indications in terms of their levels and states is a digital logic probe!


Some more special cover up to 100Mhz also but in all still a problem when trying to detect or measure pulses on a microcontrollers high impedance or tri stated pin areas.

That as most probles too have a typical 1 Meg ohm impedance like the scopes.

In that effectively less as shunt and/ or coupling capacitances can be involved dropping the signal impedance to much less in either case for major loading effects.

Upd Special note:

[However many of modern era, also include besides basic digital gate ckts some with mos fet and or dc op-amps for gain purposes, etc which gets around everything, but that in tri-stated hi z states.

Which will serve you well in pulse detection or state levels for both cmos and ttl circuitry.

Even the old Micronta digital logic probe which has just a 100K ohm input impedance will show both the high and low plus or the quite low rep rate pulses of a microcontroller any type to an LCD display!

That type has a 10mhz bandwidth for down to detectings 50ns pulses.

There are many build your own examples on the net, and likely some to many places that sell them yet as well, minus the RadioShack Micronta type.

I finally found my old one, but they no longer appear to sell those.

It was able to show indicate the data bit pulses driving an lcd display just fine though could have been eratic as not all microcontroller pins used and is that of contact resistance.

Display std HD44780 protocol type.

Says mainly probe works, then was definite and more convenient than a meter for  the state aka logic levels present on it's pins while itself being driven from the Atmel168 to it.

Flipped display and tried on it's bottom and inner board runs on resistor R5, and most definitely had a detectable very solid continual pulse train there. So the probe pulse train function works. 

Pretty good as those are still fairly hi impedance very low current points that the probe shunts and lowers while using for level and pulse aka signal detection.

If you add additional circuitry, a simple blinker, other digital, audio, etc where you sink more current per microcontroller port pin(s) used, you will have absolutely zero problems detecting pulse trains, etc with the logic probe!

So ends up yet a good yet cheap investment for just relative signal aka working and not working troubleshooting or monitoring point informations in your microcontroller projects.




So in today's microcontrollers though 8 bit types of those still the main workhorses it's mostly in App's or external circuitries where the scope becomes very useful.

In Nerdkits (TM) they fortunately do have code for a simple LED blinker aka pulsar as opposed to jumping off into the grandiose of their initial projects full scan array type, that works well.

After a blinker would then go with the dip swirches and basics or simple of bitwise, counters, adc stuff, then afterwords jump into led arrays and any other.

That's a notch above just blinkers where a total beginner should start, and using scan methods are also the same types of basics, used for Keyboards so very relevant and good stuff to learn.

Not a critique of their course which is excellent, more so presenting a simpler more logical order for one to learn, *sink in strong basics* and gain the physical experiences before jumping into the larger or more grandiose of project types.


Blinker uses C ports PC4 pin 27 to which you can directly connect straight to the anode of a led with it's cathode to grd.

You can further optionally add an series resistor to limit sink aka load current on pc4 using anywhere from 150 to 330 ohms 1/4 watt or better and save on the battery life a bit too.

Then besides watching it blink, you can easily view waveform op's or results with any scope or logic proble.

Plus you can set at various rates, add other led's.

As you make simple code adjustments to go to higher frequency rates, then you can see where the parasitics or *shunt capacitances*, series inductances, contact resistances etc of the solderless board come into play ultimately affecting the frequency response, appearance and performance of your pulsed waveforms areas, etc.

So a lot of practical useful info is learned by *sticking with the basics* in the initial. 



The other controllers mentioned inherently have simple LED projects as a base to start with and then doing as I mentioned with the Nerdkits you get additional hands on and the very useful of practical operation and learning benefits too.

To that you can add of pwr supply, audio, ultrasound, medium, lower hf, ir, alarms, controllers, etc analog and digital circuit projects. Those will bring you wealths of practical experience in design works and where you can easily use a scope or logic probe in the doing of as well.

It uses the Atmel328 microcontroller.

No book other than mentioned is included must go to site links for project info's and then Arduino itself for other, but as in the Nerdkits you can use the AVR studio for programming.

No USB to Serial connection cable provided so have to check sources for any variations there yet.

Is a real rough single pushbutton code entry method but doubt many would like that.

Ok on cable any USB type A (Std for PC side) to type B mini USB side is said to work with it, the very same one that's used *with many printers* today minus wireless, and likely some calculators as well.

Only required cable you'll need as has it's own USB to Serial conversion chip on the board already.

Then you'd have to get the Arduino Uno Environment free for hobbyists, etc from Arduino aka the drivers (software).

Follow their install procedure which said does that and puts the launch app on pc, which you can then launch. Probably a video on youtube for all or some of this as well. 

That looks best way to start and is said it's possible to use AVR studio too, it of Atmel the microcontroller mfr itself, so if have nerdkits you got that or Atmel likely still provides a free version as well.

In begin looks best to stay all Arduino and both they and the Make or MakeShed.com (TM, RM) refer to a common page where code for each project exists.

That and you can add or develop your own c, c++ as do many HAM's, etc who also use the Arduino line.

Update that some: Minus the cable the Arduino board does come ready to operate.

In that it has some pre coded routines that allow it to run a blinker at least, and a couple other beginning projects as well I think.

That requires a 9 volt battery or dc power source, and they do provide the connecctor for the battery (nice).

There to learn anything you'd have to go review online and or download it's code to review it if preferred.

It is what it is a high tech polished microcontroller projects kit, and you teach yourself all, by studying the code and if wise making various electrical and pulse, etc measurements.

Definitely an excellent projects product period.

Nerdkits vis it's book provides more of the actual teaching basics directly on the electronics side and the microcontroller's *that will be of great aid to any beginner*.

Nerdkits is easiest and has fully complete book doc and software to go from the start. Links and pointers to free C learning materials and areas as well. Nerdkits no liscensing or royalties, etc required on that you develop, etc.

Strong staff to member support online or direct vis email too, and many online plus tutorial videos as well.



Then the Arduino kit has many more components and more documented codings, projects, plus solderless and other boards included besides the Arduino board to make use of all the components, but takes a bit xtra effort to get to an IDE and the codeings for most, so not all is a quick start there.

Most definitely like those jumpers over just wire stripped types, makes for very solid tighter interfaces in the connections...


Bought nerdkit several years back as mentioned, one for grandson also,  also some T.I. then too, and just added this one to it the other day.

More so for the Atmel328 itself and already on a board for programmings, but like the xtra projects learning options and having everything in a condensed environment area.

Shows cable I suggested, then he shows the download areas had mentioned plus a proper Win 7 install and operation of the IDE, drivers com port setup, and using it plus running the code aka pgm's.

Looks like it might include a lot of the other pgm codes, but if not are downloads for that it will run.

Quite surprised are so many video's and from the Make medias trainings as well, so no one should have any problems there.



Think both are great made for the hobbyists, experimenter's and more all Open source, free, so no liscensing problems, read GNU agreements and roll your own, as do HAM's and others.


Then Texas Instruments itself is huge hobbyist and into the commercial professional world for sure, also USA restricted technology, but very inexpensive and easy to use as well with various types of liscensing, some free too.

Also their launchpad comes on a board, pc cable provided and some pre coded pgm routines included as well.

*Very, very inexpensive to start for the qualified*, that alone will blow you away.

Then you can buy your own solderless boards, or other pre built options they also offer, to extend for any projects you'd want.

The Sky is the limit with them.

Huge support libraries, and teaching videos as well, etc in that.

All in all my opinion is that the Nerdkits is the best, strongest for any's *initial* electronics and microcontroller learning experience aka the starting point, to which any and all other can easily be added to extend that to other projects in a most direct and easy way.

If have some experience or bold, start with any that appeals to you.


Ok besides mentioning options in kits available to self learn in microcontrollers, went on to show why not so easy to measure the signals on them and their ports.

Where sinking higher currents with them can allow one to see the signal on a scope or be detected by a logic probe more easily. Then adding of other circuitry which draws more current and is lower impedance or transforms to an output at a lower impedance level also allows for easy signal measurements.

Many added app's will allow that.

Usually you just assume all is well after setting a unit up, if pwr is applied and the connected devices are working.

Unless something wrong, doesn't work might be the only time you'd use the probe in some cases to check the main pins of the microcontroller and devices for the appropriate levels, states on them.


Normally your interfacing to other digital components of the same logic family and impedance levels and your device has the proper fan out to drive meet the fan in requirements of the next. That and it accepts the same voltage levels in states, signals aka pulses of specific widths, etc from your studying learning of device and component specs off datasheets.

Sometimes special components called latches used to accept info from a port, databus or device and via a strobe convert and or direct send it as an input to another device.

Some special ones to convert logic levels etc between different families as well as interfaces for analog circuits and projects too.


Some latches external or internal used for the reading or writing of data or programming a prom, eeprom, sram, etc from a microcontroller databus.


Other gating circuits can be used with those for some special function, timings or condition(s) to be meant.


Ports or registers of various types used for and in counting, xfers, bit or byte manipulations and something of a program counter or instruction pointer and stack may also be used, and are things you program in some form or another.

Progam instructions vis Commands given in c, c++ or assembly language used in the program to make the microcontroller or processor do what you want. Some different units use a form of basic as well for programming, but the other available to them too.

Assembly language itself is in hexadecimal where you operate at bit, byte and word levels with instructions directly at the microcontroller or processors binary level in form. Those they most directly operate with from and on.


That's about it for most basic idea in the simplex involved with the microcontroller units and kits and programming them to do things.

In a lot have forgotten and have to review same myself, so may polish this a bit down the road.

In all the real fun begins when you develop your own projects, so get strong in all the basics first study, code, measure, test, play and learn.


Some close ties I know like to dabble in these areas as well so saving them some initial confusions or issues in their starts there.

Since started back with the El and Microcontroller studies enough to stay busy a long, long while in projects, as enjoyable as was with 8085 MM8000 and Assembly lang many years  back, so watching a shows a bit less, but definitely still watching, need the mental break too like most.


The Elenco kit for the MM8000 some may think hee, hee, ha, ha but ignore them. You can search under that and are several biz that sell those.

Has pc board for bus runs, you install the fully supplied parts, a fully complete unit with book, you need the basic soldering tools, etc and though not absolutely reqd any multimeter type will be very helpful.

Definitely not required but additionally about any scope or logic probe should work with it as runs at lower hf clock rates compared to others.

Uses a major subset of the Intel 8088, 8086 way on up of Intel's (TM) microprocessors instructions set.

So you can later apply that of assemby language to interrupt and video scrn mem and other assembly routines of any pc in short com or exe pgm's type, separate, within or addtional to c language stuff.

For sure you'll gain a very in depth understanding with it that will aid you greatly in the understanding of how the more modern microcontrollers work.

That as most of the same devices are internal to the modern ones where you can't visibly access them, so from the MM8000 where their external you'll have a more exact and design oriented understanding of how they all work.


Can be lots of fun in the self learning that leads you to higher applications and works.

Oh guess was editing mode itself looks basically ok, if you enlarge you'll see msg I altered on LCD display, then that of just blocks display has no text as didn't insert it into the blinker pgm.

On blinkers one can obviously use an discrete or cmos astable mv or a 555 timer, etc but the MUC being programable allows for changes in rate without the changing physical components as would in other types.

You could also add pb's or switches in and program rates to correspond to settings for a blinker, light com, or gating or as a basic signal generator or counter as well.

Variable rates allow you to analyze frequency responses of stuff amongst other purposes in your self learnings and designs, etc.

Most other you need is on the net as far as circuit diagrams and datasheets for your various experiments and projects interests, etc.


Staying out of that war stuff as far as tosses the FM timed alone says enough itself.

On those Arduino boards you can as in Nerdkits the standard of *avr-libc code functions* for much more memory efficient codings!

AVR - Libc just a c and better library, but tailored to the microcontrollers and various is originally of FSF and GNU plus GCC compiler utils which is all open source files and softwares under the GNU license, etc.


That using your same arduino environment for your programmings and upload to it too is ok and should work. How much of libc in it another thing, but is some.

[You can use the arduino's *include pre processor directive instruction* to select the avr-libc library files and any other you add or need as well.

In particular the specific .h header files of libc you'll need. Such as stdi/o.h, avr/io.h and any other for other libraries, functions and operations you need the microcontroller to perform.

So if you have the avr-libc library in the arduino libraries area the same code should work with it's environment just as well.

It may well already incorporate that library, hadn't tried yet myself but code itself for the Atmel microcontroller involved.

Seems like more work to a beginner, but less memory space and time needed for the code in this example than that of the arduino c language commands, etc.


That should point you in the right direction to definitely allow you to use more optimized aka real world design code to cover the ports and registers directly and more speedily taking much less flash, etc mem for your pgm in results.

Should you want to move beyond the very solid of arduino's own specific basic oriented language made for beginners ease and easy projects that is].


If you use any other environment but their's for an arduino board you may void Arduino (TM) name agreements areas, and that's totally your own responsibility there.

Here not and will not be responsible for your actions, library uses, programmings errors or any damages to pc's, microcontrollers, etc that you inadvertantly create or encounter. Adding the correct header files for specific functions to your programs in themselves will in no way result in any damages or issues itself if all wired, etc correctly.

On their faq they seem to allow for it in some way, as they state in response to questions, that  one can use avr studio in lieu of their environment (programmer) for programming their arduino, so check for particulars there!


You can build your own separate boards solderless or otherwise but not exact clones unless you don't use their name which is also mentioned in their faq, then can use one of the other programmers like avr studio itself, etc.

Then in any case you can use the same microcontroller on your own separate board and program it any way you want for your projects.

AVR Libc same GNU's open source allows you to more directly learn the internals, digital electronics side of the Atmel controller than the arduino coded version itself on the board in your projects, while saving significant in flash, etc memory required and speeding things up at the same time.

One can in the normal Arduino c, and std libc libraries use inline assembly language but likely only needed in some very special cases.

Nerdkits already uses avr-libc for real world and professional codings so your good to go from the start there, just need to add the components, appropriate data sheets and *write* the pgm code
for your projects.

Most parts available at your local(s) Radioshack (TM) stores and other or online at jameco or mouser and similar U.S. companies.


Full Assembly language can be used in the kits if you download a complete avr studio from Atmel, in the least about a 595 mega byte download depending on version.

Did was 853 mega byte though said 795 MB, mainly as of MS Visual Studio and their Net Frame the huge it uses includes EULAS then all other of GNU for avr tools all open source, so is totally free.

Has good community reputation per antivirus I use.


Warning notes:
 
For large ms studio like programming environments they advise you to make sure your up to date in all current ms/windows securities features and keep your pc enabled for windows updates.

Might want to use on a separate pc or pc's *to avoid harmful accidental conflicts* with others and the device drivers they use, such as that of TI's studio type which is also huge if you use it.

Also in any pc where you use some sort of *usb ports with or without volumes security protections*, you'll have to disable that while useing your sketch, programmers notepad or winavr, studio etc.

Else blue screens, crash and crunch and serious pacman like eats pc's mem code blocks quite likely in some, and when done using them then you can reset your usb security till next time.


Says some USB securities need to interface better with like pop up msg's asking for an additional special password or something of that order, when a user uses their own on board (pc) software for usb to serial programming device applications.


For assembly language only type programmings a lot in the PIC series of microcontrollers which ham's also often use and in ARRL projects looks a good area for that also.

Had mentioned assembly language prior and on couple of the Atmel microcontrollers mentioned you generally program them in C, c++ instead.

On most mentioned here done vis ISP aka inline serial programming method to specific microcontroller ports.

However when that's ran aka compiled it creates an hexadecimal codes assembly language object file, which is processed by that of it's avr dude that actually programs burns the code into the microcontroller.

So even though many may have not realized it your using assembly language in the end result.

The instructions that the microcontroller recieves are in it's own op and mnemonic instruction codes aka assembly language instructions themselves at the bit, byte and word, etc levels.


You'll find some of those codes often listed on their data sheets.

The entire instruction sets are always freely available from any of their mfr's, if not already listed on the net in various articles.

You can program direct in the microcontrollers language aka assembly in various ways, which leave that to you.


[Here was not implying issues with the Arduino code or that anything is wrong with using it in any way, it's in fact the easiest to learn and are vast numbers of existing projects using that.

So I observed a neighbor then moving relocating fire wood away from his house to the back by a tree. Took awhile as a fair sized wood pile. In that we know both that of excercise and that which goes with fiery liesures, comforts involved of the happenings matching those stars.

The resultant By star was struck out aka involved which was a group aka collection of wood logs.

Hour s also struck the Red 2nd Local(s) aka nearby and immediate of the same By star areas activating for that and neighbors actions, etc.

That's a more simple everyday *peaceful* example for the color influences and lines involved that I like to show too.

Hundreds of other routine things could go with those as well in any day hr s....

While man is always basically in charge of his destiny there are many of varying pre set influences in any one lunar or solar period that influence his environment, him and the journey at the time.

Those tend to direct his activities in a varying but pre set direction (under given star types) within any one main time time interval such as a chinese hour type.

Much like having one or more main ideas for action of some type come up in that zone for him.

Man has full control to overide any or most of them, but never all and barring nature's , and the fact they come up constantly and persistantly in the cyclic over time, results in our often most demonstrably taking actions in them.


Anyway it's often the simple routine types which are the best to detail and illustrate how events and actions under various star types and lines of the hexagrams play out in time synced agreements to them.

Minus the easily and sometimes wantingly by others misinterpreted of stuff I write, which they don't have to read, definitely enjoying the Fringe and added episodes on Netflix.

Hadn't seen that of Fringe's season 5 show up here yet, but looking forward to when does as finished other 4 so maybe Burn notice or something else till that shows up.


One of the better ways *to forget everything* on the planet, works pretty well, prepares me for sleep.
