Here on Wwg I go by clock time only on our pairs, as man's activities are based on clock time regardless of time zone type in effect...

The bulk go to work at the same time, eat lunch at the same time, return home from work at the same time, etc...

Then after years and in practice that has worked out well of matches so here we just stick to clock time for the hours used never changing...Ex Hr w 11am - 1pm main of lunch times and a main peak in the day, always remains that here...

Take physical therapy ordered my own compression socks since the typical one size fits all of hospitals were impossible to get on, and have to admit even though left hip a problem even when adjusting legs in sleep, that those legal hip implant surgery commercials make that a pretty scary area...

Quite the opposite of my first impression, seemed to resent my having sought other treatments at another hospital (common there), though have noted others doing the exact same, and in pasts knew another retired military person friend also a DAV under their care who often went to the Mil hospital here for that of his various treatments and stays as well...Had made it clear at the other hospital was under VA care and had a primary care provider there, so don't understand the attitude...

Mainly as was a procedure they years back offered and then minds changed, and had been told more years back by army that of leg circulations would eventually be a problem...So when got an offer and was further confirmed and that could be improved, out of what was an emergency stay, took the other hospital up on it...No more no less!...

Initial few days were rough breathing very shallow is sort of scary to one, numbed deadened upper legs etc, but overall stay ok and rehab was excellent, but *if compared the neck surgery, etc at the VA which went fine, was a much easier affair...

Was one antibiotic in first emergency round (not surgery stay) *can't go* too strong and is called Augmentin...

*After few days messes up the stomach to the painful in my case* and intestines also affected in what seemed to kill the good with the bad bacteria, really weakens one, then another main side effect is after awhile you have to go, go uncontrollably, you know what all the time and you don't want to eat nothing due to that!...


Since our retired tricare was pretty butchered under the changes of new govt healthcare system, pretty leary of the outside aka civillian hospital costs involved, and not seeking further there...

Other than that switched to an all fresh foods diet of 2 to 3 healthy meals a day in recent and use other of Boost protein, then weight gain and some chosen herbal products now as well which helps as well...

On tornadoes Saturday mainly matched Our and AC first day start pair plus Solar month Exact and the second AC Month of Yin water Snake pairs:

That of Our first day start pair, at very top since they occured on *day VI (Gry) c* and had locals Rc stars active plus an Rwa star advance on skies line which was clashed and moved then for that...

Had mentioned use clock time here, that's just for initial looks and overview of any pair used here in the month and is ok 50% or more of the time for most events...Mainly those occuring in the second half of a std chinese element hour!...

On events that's here used initially and if no star matches, then if appropriate I simply mentally adjust the clock time back to standard time which is simply 1 hour back for any current time of day now, and look again...

So *I'm always still personally using the std time as well*, and of that most always star(s) will be active and *match up given main events* if hadn't vis clock time alone...

Sounds complex or of extra work but is *a very, very easy way to go about applying hours (time elements) to the stars*, after all how difficult is it to back up one hour from the clock time?...

Doing that makes sure things are looked at in both what is customary to man's actual hourly routines vis clock time, and then that of the natural element (zodiac) effects vis std time...


Why of Wwg do they say the date is always the most important for interpreting the hexagram's star interactions?

Ans:

One a date's heavens stem is that used for the line color sequence aka that of the first line's begins color itself...

Two that of a date's branch element is that applied to each line star for any interactions which then suggest actions and events of the line(s) star type and nature...

In that of fourpillars aka bazi it's the interactions of branch elements that are considered the strongest as well!...


Further the Wwg star structure to a hexagram, being in any reasonable view was derived from fourpillars aka bazi, that not being the same as the even more ancient of the Iching Oracle itself which used no stars...

Then of fourpillars/bazi the date represents both the Day master (Vis heavens stem) and the Brides palace vis the earth branch of the date...

So each date shows the main of what will be the close inner relationships component (Brides) and vis it's element relationship to that of the date's heaven's stem, the nature of what the relationships are like for that day!...

In sum that's why the date is always considered the most or more important component of the Wwg and timed pairs...



In terms of Wwg tosses for questions that suggests the easiest and most accurate of yes/no results can be had when we stick to questions that are of an immediate need to know type of which the date alone suffices...


Questions beyond a date's frame are slightly more complex, as then we have to at minimum also take in that of the empty dates, the month and season's influence, and though not taught sometimes even that of the years influence too...

Exceptions to that are of *When type questions* and as they pertain to personal areas...

Don't do a lot of those on item orders aka packages, etc anymore as most always had worked out, and also minus one case turned out to be what the seller had listed anyway...On the one minus the Wwg had correctly caught it...

On those most always got excellent results, not as or so sure of that in the non personal types of tosses areas, but have had some luck there at times, just don't think have paid all that much attention or tracked them quite as well as would that of a personal area type...

Any yes/no question not easily resolved of the latter type will require a re toss *at a later time*, until we get a definate solid and clear result...

Almost in every way, visually of it's and some fantastically artful sceneraries, and the expert in plots *that will just keep you continually guessing*, with lots of drama and actions to each, it's quite rewarding to watch and you'll gain an appreciation as to the extent of Yin Feng Shui's (Their first developed art which forms the basic principles of most others) influences, that are initially subtley implanted into the movies plots and of being coupled into that of modern times are...

In a way like watching something of the more modern Scorpio King (c) aka Mummy type series, but a lot different and even more interesting as is based on actual ingrained of arts, etc facets of their histories and society!...

Hadn't intended to post but after noting today's timed, looked fairly appropriate to me, so tossed...

Got upper legs swellings of afternoon and eve to go down more quickly other day...

My recliner while ok and helped, just not high enough, so while using it added in a computer stand which gives another full foot of height, then with that could knock down their swellings back to that of skinny am starts in just around an hours time!...

VA Doctor was right about get them *way up*...

No antibiotic so using natural of an herbal type for lower legs cellulitus, slower in results but after two weeks has visibly calmed them down some, and expect between that and keeping the swellings down may knock that out...

Overall leg elevations have been the best in reducing leg swellings but *in a pinch* aside compression socks, etc or the all day type when in situations where can't elevate the legs, etc and *for those of which accupuncture works*, one can use hand accupressures vis the accupuncture points for edemas at any point on the body as well...

Found using very lo level electroaccupuncture such as vis stimplus pro probe (very handy) and or a common Tens units available at Rite (C) pharmacies and maybe others aside Amazon (C) could always get me 10% or more reductions in the edema levels using separate easily accessable points on hand, lower legs and feet...

Even just SI-3 on the hand alone useful for pain issues also was helpful, and at times getting a 10% reduction in the minimum can be *quite a relief physically and psychologically to one*...Had applied for only 5 to 30 seconds easy no fuss no muss, and stopped then within 30 minutes could visibly see the reduction...

Other Sp-9 and ST-36 on lower legs and GB-41 on the foot *are easy to access types* for swellings there and in the overall of legs...Those work well of both accupressure or *accupuncture of any type*...Had gotten good de swelling results of those at times in the pasts... 

All can be done of accupressure alone such as the Book also as an E book on Amazon titled: Accupressures Potent Points...

Then when at home and set something up for it if no recliner that of high leg elevations was the very best and fastest for me...



First time after physical therapies had thought was because afterwards drank an 8 oz bottle of Lemonade which
was rather salty, but next time didn't and the same results so was from the leg excercises, none the less the quantities of fluid take in also affect some too, but the excercise was both immediate and the more dramatic in
effects...

Left hip and lower back didn't like too much of those excercises in after effects anyway, bruises the ill hip some keeping it more tender aside it's dysfunction in flexibilities, etc to boot...

Haven't needed beyond an initial two days in a row to raise the legs really high again!...

The lower recliner elevations no more than hour or so, has without xtra excercises been sufficient since...

That as chilled on leg excercises to the mild instead of moderate so the hip and other don't get as bruised or agitated, also using lo level accupuncture is working quite well along with some herbal items
plus an antioxident tea too...

Beyond that was rest to heal, the body needed that, as *was still feeling the effects* of having pushed myself too
hard on the therapy excercises *from thursday up to sunday eve*, anyway with the above steps and rest the results
so far are:

Lower legs still bit inflamed aka lo heat wise *at times*, which seems odd as in part of the time but not all of the time, though that might be of the bodies healing process itself...

Things definately are improving as lower legs a lot less red in extents and color now, and that of what felt like a very leather restrictive encapsulation of the calves (dead skin), has been noticeably reduced as well, and in the upper calves areas they are now of nice smooth skin, *and more pliable than were prior*...

Up to week prior had no luck at all there, but between herb products for circulations and infection over couple weeks got those results!...
Will be a very happy person if over more time that extends to the ankles too!...

Does nothing for hip, back, and shoulder but still a very important area...

Did physical therapy other day and the therapist replaced one of the leg excercises, after I mentioned what effects had been and I reduced the pace on the other...

All went well and as usual feel temporarily good in the immediate afterwards...

What they can't see is the later in day aftereffects such as when get home and of that there are always aftereffects where the back fires up and the hips will act as if bruised in any movements, etc...

Put up with that part daily anyway just gets a bit more enhanced due to the excercise, and of any day even after dekink in the mornings will have to deal with the hips mainly left and when get up from a sitting position, etc lightly bounce or do several times to work the bruised feeling out in temporary results...

Makes me question the value of the therapy some, but I do it anyway and only couple weeks left there...Can continue as desired and appropriate at home as given pictorals, etc of most excercises...

Most just for strengthenings and stretches for tonings, and not the cardiovascular or calesthenic types that most think of...

If there's not enough work load aka patients per day then the individuals are cut back on their hours and days of employments within the work week itself...

The last two weeks have not been able to sleep properly due to very high peaking lower back pain (7-8) maybe a 9 not sure of level meanings, after a few hours of sleep each night, and last week after doing even with one excercise removed, *it still took 4 days afterwards for beyond the back that of the *hips and knees areas* to calm back down in the day time*...

In other words when would get up or sit down (both) was between bruised and sharp pain to hips and knees areas which by 5th day afterwards would of knees recede, but hips especially left still a bit to that...

It's accumulative in effect, so can only get more progressive and have to halt some as body can't keep taking that damage any further!...

Had inhibited me from doing some things need to get out for of effects aside loss of sleeps...

*Only the stretches and upper body excercises have been helpful* which do at home as well, spending about 4 - 5 hours of most days in the recliner keeps the always of swellings down to the less restrictive, etc...


 Did learn one thing in all that:

There's a liquid herbal product called *Cardio ND, made of all natural herbs*, of which you use half a tea spoon twice a day mixed into a 1/4 cup of water or your favorite juice...

I use that daily in an antioxident tea type, and within 20 minutes or so of drinking that, it would provide a temporary 1-2 or more hours of relief to the knees, etc areas!...

Had only taken once a day prior, as didn't know was for twice a day but went for that couple days back and gave me the relief just mentioned...

Meaning could then get up and sit back down *without the biteing effects that the extra excercise itself had brought on!*...So passing that on the results I get with it...

Knees hadn't bothered me in home routines, was just the excercise itself which extra stressed them and the hips, and of aftereffects the lower back as well...

That drink which is to both cleanse and strengthen the arterial walls increases the circulation there and that helps!...

Left hip of prior accident is all the time yet, but does aid it some as well...


That did conclude today and if could rate therapist only, would give 100% as was a very helpful person in all ways...

Glad to be done, can do the non taxing *on the bones* in the home, so some of the aftereffects should slowly recede and get back to that of a normal sleeping pattern again plus may further aid the legs healings as well...

Not sure what national activities were scheduled if any appropriately in *our country*, but even of economic situations that doesn't prevent various veterans groups, lodges, and other of military bases and even church groups from setting up their own activities...

Even in just basic cook off's which don't have to be fancy with that of chili, hot dogs, hamburgers, etc where chili or other dishes economical for group settings, add their own speakers and that of moments of silence and prayers and where volunteered by others that of entertainments or sports activities for the families and children as well, etc...

Normally most often visit their farther away relatives which is great too, but try to give some pause for those who died for you, and those who served or are serving to maintain the freedoms we take for granted, most in military don't have an easy job and both they and their families often endure great hardships in what they do and should be remembered as well...


[Then those groups mentioned you indeed know you have special and very serious responsibilities in that, and to the living who were or are disabled or yet suffer in some ways vis things connected to their pasts military services, etc for our country...

That's despite what the leaderships of our country do or don't do, feel or don't feel about it, you still have in honor a responsibility to remember what *all those who fell in combat to include the injured*, and of the yet living as well]...

Didn't catch much but was a local insert on a project to provide homes for homeless veteran's announced today,
which is a great thing for them no doubt...Great to see that kind of compassion...

Noted one of the presidential candidates made a major effort towards that meant to aid veterans which is better
than a lot this particular year but most in the Govt have supported many positive programs of those areas as well...

Then on the other side of the coin, we have very honored ones like Senator MCcain, former Senator Max Cleland and many more also...

Some might not have understood my push or concern but had a lot to do with the desecrations, etc and are some differences in how this day and customs of it are observed in both local areas and then within va and mil communities, that some in civilian areas of the big cities who are not closely connected not being a real part of them, would never realize...

They do seem to have some highly agitated and or ignorant close minded fixed opinions at moments at the tops in weekend's of off air aka skies type conventional national networks news areas at times...


On my referral to the main bonds in yesterday's pair it's quite obvious to even the feeble minded that was referring in terms of hexagram structure itself...

That where the Physical, Object and Change lines are always the most important for any, since all will fall under or specifically relate to those!...

One bellowered of the many or large dangers of some storms and other which probably came up in other hours as if that was someone's and mine in not listing all the hour possibilities???...Wow!...

They should have also noted that those inescapedly relate to that of the main given line stars as well as the names in addition to just that of any times actual element branch hours their noted events came up in...


In leaving to expand *it was on others and them to analyze, interpret vis hours* the trends and natures of the other lines of which apparently their either too lazy or just too bothered to do???...Then complaining is much easier than doing something or having an assistant do, etc...

Doesn't take that much effort really if you just consider 1 element branch hour at a time starting with whatever the current hour is, when you first expand and look at the pair itself...

You look at the pair's line or lines trends or nature for that hour, and then look for or examine events that match or engage in writings or activities that match as well...It's not that hard!...

You start with that and then when the next hour in it's begins comes up examine it, and so on, so in that not very hard, taxing or time consuming at all... 

It becomes that of the mentally twisting and hard if you try to do an entire date's hours all at one time and even rougher when of several days in sequence...


There's not much to complain about of storms, and even other dangers as was said likely those were in for the entire period from the get go!...

Then if you don't examine the hours as a day progresses, you have nothing to complain about...

Health wise of the last week after last physical therapy session which though was lite, was just too much for the already stressed as in the very next day, save for using the walker couldn't walk at all, and was for the first time even a bit scary with the walker too...

Spent two entirely very weak days in the recliner with legs elevated for most of that...Only late last friday night did the hip muscles, etc lighten up of tensions enough, *to where could walk a little better* with the cane as well...

Totally took me backwards on lower leg cellulitus progress as reinflamed them, now that's in the extreme of slow coming down a bit and my walk though is more limited than before as their muscles would tire out more quickly, it is slowly improving again...

Wasn't a great zone that's for sure...

Good to note those Solar month pairs each month which also are shown in a lunar equivqlent form here, for true solar one would use the bazi itself, but we get by pretty well vis the lunar timed types...

Of these lunar date and other timed types like tosses, a lot depends on the month and *given date* as to just how prominently the pair names manifest in events...

Some strong, some not but most any carefully observed do have matching events...

Hadn't seen one which didn't entire this last month's worth, some obviously depends on your knowledge of the Wwg and experience in observations, some better than others, but think a lot should be fair in that department these days...


Guess that on the economy was purely of leaderships and of political orientation, which is part of what the solar pair types will show each month...

Actual business reports versus singular examples showed only 38,000 jobs were added in May of the monthly 100,000 needed for that of positive growth...

My err in listening, instead of tossing, as the original toss on such showing it was weak a few months back still applies yet...

Turned out some of the scripts errors that would come up at some news sites were browser related, when used other os where it and it's browser was recently updated had no problems...

So on the one that had problems, then went to it's site and of which was already using their latest version, found they had what they call a refresh feature...So applied that last night, and haven't had any of what were very frequent scripts problems afterwards nor today at those same news sites...

Had bookoo phone voicemail problems in changes other day as when installed it wasn't pre set up and missed a bunch of calls in result, have partially fixed now but is not 100% convienent in location or uses yet...
