Would be many people that are themselves under that of a Rahu Maha Dasa cycle, amongst other at this time, and when they initially entered it, determines how long it would run up to the max of 18 yr's...


Vis this NM Rahu it will be it's Maha Dasa for the next 5 yr's and 9 months...Then in those years ahead themselves under new Maha Dasa's anytime Rahu comes up in them can point back to this year, or for the more ancient to other years prior where Rahu as Maha Dasa was applying...Even lower levels could apply as it depends on the type of event or issue that comes up!...

You can very reliably take it down to 4 levels 1 - 4, and the 4th level will usually run X number of days, my own are usually about 9 days at a shot...

That's in the quick more immediate and very useful!...


Than in the really specific with quality software you can take it down to the very immediate of several hours to usually a day or sometimes just over a couple days, *as to what you'll specifically gravitate to and have come up on them*!...

Anyway that of the above can with quality software be fairly reliable at the 5th level too...

On the just mentioned of Dasa's for a good or favorable dasha to have positive results that in the birth chart and of planetary aka overhead transits must support the dasa planet placements and areas they rule also!...

Usually on positive effects types at the 1st - 3rd levels those being of quite longer durations will have good results at various points in time, where as the shorter at the 4th and 5th levels not as often if their birth chart positions are weak or of bad dignity, etc and or transits to it interfere or don't support it!...

In transits even the Moon if it's applying Opposition to one of the birth placements can negate a positive dasha as well...That one is temporary and at another time you'd get better results!...



Haven't went into it, but some do take it 8 levels, *at the 6th level that usually runs hourly, of a given influence for each of the 24 hours in a day*...

Will be looking hard at that on my own chart over a couple of months if need, to see if there's any measure of reliability to that?...

down to 5 levels agreeing with all the other vedic softwares mentioned and used here as well...

Had to change each and every chart manually that had set up before to the new setting, and now works great for all now!...

In terms of more visuall'y pleasing charts of multiple types, it's reads and current situation, panchanga plus other, are moest excellent features any should like...
