My Health Update:
Saw
a Dr Todd last week, she seemed familair with wound care, and gave me a
large all foam patch, which has definitely helped more than the small
patches the prior home health used!...
Beyond that myself finally
added a soft cloth 1" thick riser to elevate my right side, again
something *the prior home health never thought of*, that caused me
endless pain!...
Anyway instead of just burning up all night from the wound, can now sleep much better!...Not perfect but better!...
In general nothing holds since home health not around, and great difficulty in getting a new and usefull phone for contacts!...

been to an outside ER last Friday where tons of people were coughing,
hacking, and spitting up like neumonia or similar, went through couple
tough days of that too!, starting to settle a bit...

So the lab will get done though will be at 0 Morphine then on Monday the 6th, should be there in enough time for the lab to process, then a Dr can sign it, and can pick up at Pharmacy!...
Nurse seems to indicate can't get it Monday, not till Tuesday, so would be up a creek in super pain...
She says on pain I'll be allright???...
However over when out of Morphine before went in Withdrawals twice!...Wasn't Allright!...
Once at Dr's hospital in 2015 or 16 then again at Walton Rehab in 2022...
So hoping they can get it all done Monday or it's going to be a real bad 2 or more days with 0 Morphine!...No doubt there...
Was limited as was due the 4th, and for over a week had no phone!...Just it with a new number got couple days back so could finally call all in!!!...

Spent a lot of time with QM recently has been a very long time since used it!...
Very dissapointing wasn't getting anywhere with the book, field manual method alone at all!...In fact cannot!...Then worse you have to use a QM Cal method contained on the USB's only!...

Most amazing day sm start both the chai bu and zhi run charts run the same?...
VA I'm going more downhill, fell twice last week, too near end of the line, going for Hospice, *can't keep falling* or putting my Wife through it, as will get even worse, *legs too weak*!...
Well Hospice error on my part, the guy in charge fed me a line, *will be Home Health instead once VA Dr approves, sets up something that will give me some assist space for the legs to gain a bit of Strength if not then would end up in a yuck Nurseing home!...Might as well be dead in that case!...
For specific walk times assist aides I'm told will have to enquire of other Community Care Options...
Health Update on legs: Strange stuff things change day by day sometimes larger changes week to week...
As of Mar 3rd Wife leg strength health improved which then allowed her to trek me between the couch and bed 3X a day whereas prior was only twice a day!...
This allowed my leg strength also to improve and *haven't felt like falling even once since*!...
[A most fortunate improvement!!!...May not need the Home Health after all?]...
